Whenever we call either Madhusudan or Richa, we always got auto generated text messages stating that call you later. This message can be sent only if you are disconnecting the call. If any customer is writing such extent, this means it can’t be fake. So please be aware of Alur home. They ain’t professional interior designer. We did kitchen counter work & few light provisions & electrician work separately which Alur home denied at crucial point to work on. I wish I could give rating in negative. Very pathetic company. If you want to toss your mental peace along with your hard earned money then Alur home is the only solution.

Alur Homes is a one stop shop for all kinds of Interiors. Their work is professional and very good quality. The owners Mr Madhusudan and Mrs Richa are extremely helpful and they understand your requirements. Their suggestions are also very useful for the interiors as they are highly experienced in this field. Would surely recommend them for high quality work with reasonable prices.

Wish I could provide 0 on the rating scale for Alur’s Management. We had the worst experience dealing with Alur home. We hired them to make our kitchen & wardrobe. Although their carpenter work is nice, the management is very unprofessional. Initially, Mr. Madhusudan and his parner Richa impressed you with their ideas and very cheap quotations (which does not include any details), saying "We are not thinking like you are our customers, we are working like it is our home and we suggest ideas." In reality, they are so unprofessional that they haven't visited the site for once. After 100% payment also their response to Emails, Calls, SMSs or whats app is really poor. Every day, I called them around 10-12 times or sometimes more than 30 times but they did not pick up the calls. Whenever Mr. Madhusudan have picked up calls, he has spoken really rudely saying "I am busy." or "You are irritating us, we are working like this only". On 7th may 2018, Alur’s carpenter team came with 1 truck of material to our apartment. Our builder had provided a Passenger lift outside from the building to shift furniture materials to higher floors. Alur ’s carpenter team was not ready to shift the material to the flat. There was no coordination from the office to advice carpenters. Mr. Madhusudan was out of the town hence not attending calls. After waiting for an hour the carpenter said, we are going for lunch and left for the factory without informing me. I was standing at my gates for almost 2 hours and there was no clear response from Alur's team. After multiple followups on Call and SMS followed by whats app, Mr. Madhusudan sent his team again. On 17th may, Alur’s Truck driver arrived with wooden material. I personally arranged labours to shift the material to my flat (by same lift) and I paid extra for shifting. Then again calling 30+ times for two weeks Alur’s carpenter came to install carcasses. We had paid for Kitchen cupboard lights and installation still there was no electrical help from Alur. I had to pay extra to the electrician. Chimney and HOB were included in the quotation so they sent the material but we had to pay for installation and get it fixed. We made a big mistake by choosing unprofessional interiors like Alur Home.

All customers who have rated us and reviewed us on google business account have been our patrons for the last couple of decades and have reviewed us based on their experience, life of furniture and our COMMITMENT TOWARDS SERVICE.

In response to your feedback, we would like to reiterate the whole scenario as experienced.

Logistics:

YOU HAVE PUSHED US FOR DELIVERY OF FURNITURE INSPITE OF KNOWING THE FACT THAT YOU APARTMENT IS NOT READY FOR POSSESSION.

Since Nov 2017 your furniture was ready for installation, but you told that builder has not handed over your apartment. Furniture is ready for installation but there has not been any response from your end. We stored your furniture for 8 months and 20 days but haven't charged a single penny. As there is a very common trend in the industry to charge for the same. You should be thankful to us for not charging you for storage.

One fine morning we had received call from you that you have shifted to your apartment without furniture and insisted on installation of furniture immediately- In a very short notice, it is difficult to accommodate your demand as we have simultaneous projects in progress, we would require time for installation. However we have accommodated your demand of installation inspite of our commitment towards other customers.

On the arrival of our team and furniture , it was informed to us to use construction open lift ( Open Pulley lift- used only for construction materials) that was not safe for our team. It would be unkind and inhuman on our part to endanger and risk the lives of our colleagues.

Our team waited in vain on 7th May 2018 from 8am to 2pm to find an alternative to shift furniture for installation. Post which they had to return without installing furniture. The same exercise of transportation was experienced twice but we have not charged a single penny from you.

On both the occasions as you had requested not to be charged due to your builders delay in lift installation. We have honored your words as we put customer interest first.

Double Designing Work :

Initially you asked for whole house design but later you changed only to wardrobes and kitchen. We didn't charge for the whole house design in-spite of you downgrading your requirement.

WE TAKE OUR CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS VERY SERIOUSLY AND TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TOWARDS OUR WORK, IF CASE IS A GENUINE. EVEN IF IT COSTS US A FORTUNE.

WE EXPECT REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK FROM OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE GENUINE AND RATIONAL, AS WE WOULD LIKE TO DELIGHT EVERY CUSTOMER.

ONE OF OUR USP'S IS LIFE TIME SERVICE. UNFORTUNATELY, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR LIFETIME SERVICE FROM ALUR HOME, AS YOUR FEEDBACK IS NOT UNJUSTIFIABLE UNREASONABLE AND MISLEADING.

I had hired Madhu & Alur Home to do my new apartment's interiors. Tey have done a wonderful job - my family and I kept going to Alur asking for design and looking at the images, wanting changes many a time. The team at Alur did not ever get fed up of us and kept churning out what we wanted. Madhu is a great professional, with 100% focus on what the client wants and what is the best he can deliver.
