Amit and Geetha were very professional and did a timely job with good quality. They were always available for discussions and incorporated all our ideas in our budget.

We got to know about Amit and Geetha from one of our family friends who got their home interior work done by them. It was pleasure working with them throughout the project work. The work done by Amit ji is excellent 01: About pooja and music room its excellent and simple as per our choice 02: About Hall its also good but gaps were not filled in the tv cabinet gaps 03: About kitchen its good and simple but side rack holder coukld been of good quality 04: About hall we need frames which we woukd like to do in future 05 : About bedrooms the lamination quality is average and is ok managable

I came across Amit & Geetha's profile on Houzz after a long search. I was specifically looking for someone who could accommodate new ideas with European designs and color palettes but also give us traditional inputs to satisfy my parents' thoughts too. On top of this, we already hired a contractor who was building the house, so to also work with him and help with selections of floor tiles, paints and small details. After talking to Amit, I had made my choice because I felt they really listened to our inputs and came with a very detailed plan on the steps along the way just to our liking, all within our budget and were happy to accommodate our inputs As the project went along, Amit and Geetha worked hand in hand with our contractor even when ideas had to be changed at the last minute and made alternate proposals keeping our budget and theme in mind. All of this with me staying in Germany,they exceeded my expectations. Best of all, great human beings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

3A Architects totally lived up to by its slogan "Adding Life to your Spaces ". After an intense hunt, I came across 3A Architects on Houzz App and got in touch with Amit and Geetha Ji. Our good experience started with the patience and keenness in listening to our interior requirement. Then started graphic design part which when presented finally clearly demonstrated their in-depth understanding, logical approach while keeping our requirement and their idea knitted well together. When time came for execution, by that time Covid came but they still progressed at whatever pace possible, even at times Amit and Geetha Ji personally did job on site without getting Carpenter due to prevailing circumstances. Something never seen before or cutting edge technologies, etc) 5 The team came up with good creative designs for each of the rooms right after taking the measurements . As the project started they used latest factory made modular kitchens, the state of art materials like red block stones, veneer etc. 3A Architects completely renovated my 18 year old house to look latest with a classical touch as per my request 2. DESIGN & AESTHETICS (How well have the interior designs met the physical & psychological needs of you. How pleasing is the lighting, colors, etc to the eye?) 5 It’s a commendable job of interior design and execution and to my delight final finish/outlook was as shown on designs in paper before starting . Although many times I was skeptical as to how they will get the same design as some materials were not ready available. Amit, Geetha & their team went about finding the right design of finer aspects like doorknobs, handles etc to match to the design and aesthetics. They were able to even convince my family of some choice of colours based on its overall appeal and scheme of themes 3. EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION OF SPACE (How well has the space been utilized to provide you with maximum comfort and fulfill your functional requirements) 5 They house was completely renovated with Pooja room, hall, office space, kitchen , bathroom and utility which make it now look so spacious than it was earlier that we wonder is it the same space which seemed packed earlier looks spacious and lot more useable space now 4. EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TEAM (How well the entire team interacted with you, their presentation skills, knowledge about the subject and how well they represented 3A ARCHITECTS INC as a brand) 5 The team was very efficient in getting the work in a phased manner first the first floor and then ground floor as it was the same house we were living and at the pace the work was carried out was remarkable, all major works were completed in less than 40 days and we could comfortably start living full fledge and minor walks with least hindrance was carried out. The team is quite knowledgeable and translated in the work as Amit & Geetha were hands-on to get work done by the team 5. OVERALL RATING 5 Great job and feels wow when we her compliments from guests visiting us. Good design, aesthetics, colour combination and smooth execution. 6. Geetha and Amit were referred to us through a friend, They came home personally to discuss the plan, they made a sincere effort to know our needs, our budget ,they made frequent site visits, interacted with the builders to know what changes can be made, they have excellent choices, gave us ideas and we're very accommodating with respect to the changes we wanted and we're obliging to accept our demands and explain to us what is good for our home, they were there at the site whenever we wanted to see or discuss something, we handed over all the responsibility to them and they did a great job I'm completely satisfied with their work and would definitely suggest them to others, I still call them for suggestions for interior decoration, great people to work with My regards and best wishes to them

Very good creativity, ideas and vision, with good quality product, space utilization and new modern ideas. First impression itself best impression and immediate ideas/planning skill, well explained about things etc are superb. During implementation, completion time, cooperation, working style, skilled carpenters with good materials handling and fixing etc are well planned. And more over completion time what they committed is amazing that we demanded little urgent and they also committed for that and completed in time with perfect work that made me more happy. Even if you need extra more special things also they have different suggestions for that, more over very passionate about their works, I 100% recommend 3A Architects - If you want good quality and in time completion of work with latest ideas 3A Architects are more suitable for that.

Amit and his team at 3A Architects did a fantastic job from the design stage to implementation at the site. He had been very professional and the work done had exceeded our expectations. We went thru multiple iterations, selection process and discussed the pros and cons before finalizing the designs. And he never lost his cool and he has a lot of patience to handle the whims and fancy of demanding customers. Some of the things done here has been very innovative like the LED Strip Lights installed in the Drawing/Dining area and Kitchen without using false ceiling which has never been done earlier and it came out very impressive and we loved it. As mentioned, we went thru multiple iterations from concept and design stage to the selection of the interiors for the kitchen, the Bedrooms, Drawing room, Dining Room, Bathrooms and the Entertainment Room and Amit helped us to finalize the designs. We are extremely pleased with the finish, color selection, space utilization and the lighting done in our house. Work quality is great and would give highest rating on professionalism, understanding the customer requirement and the additional services provided outside the scope of their work. They helped me see my dream home come true. I appreciate their patience in understanding and modifying per our requirements and budget without compromising on the quality.

I think from the beginning to the end Amit and his team have shown incredible diligence and what impressed us was the execution rigour and the adherence to timelines. We think that the design and aesthetics are top-notch and the designers had a keen eye for what would work and what might not. Also, there was a lot of creative output from the design team to optimize the space and what impressed us was that they were not wedded to a particular idea and were open to different templates rather than making changes to a set template. I guess the only reason why it's not a 5 is due to the difference in price between initial and final estimate which was about 20%.
