White Teak Chandeliers are compromised on safety. On 1st July 2024 one of our White Teak Chandelier installed in living area on August 2021 weighing around 50kg plus all of a suddenly got unlocked and fell. This chandelier was under 2 years warranty and due to some light connections issue we had got it checked just less than a year back. The technician who visited for find the reason for the fall (same person who installed, checked) couldn’t provide an explanation. Note there was no corrosion too. They have one of the worst after sales customer service. People buy at premium price from a reputed place not just for the aesthetic looks but also from safety and after sales service perspective. By Gods grace my life been saved, as i was just less than a meter away from it. Fortunately no one was hurt. After all this, all that we requested was an replacement with extra safety measures, but they denied the request. According to them as product is out of warranty period they cant help with the request or provide an alternate solution and would only repair the product as much as they can but we denied this as we are not comfortable risking ours and our families lives.

The White Teak Company is an absolute third rate company and even worse executives. They seek to illegally bundle the product and services. The installation cost of the product is absurdly high and they deliberately provide such drawings that installation is not possible from outside using the same. A Lala company which lacks all professionalism and is best avoided.

Very bad experience in terms of service. I ordered few fans for my interior project , commitment was to deliver the product within 7-10 days. They did not even delivered the product on 17 th day , random people calling n only giving false hope of delivery. I failed to hand over the project on date because of there bad service.Being Interior designer I I’ll never suggest to buy white teak products . They are selling fake hopes

I recently ordered 4 expensive decoration lights from this company as recommended by our architect, while we were in the UAE. Our return to India was delayed (so also their delivery) due to the current Covid situation. When we reached home opened the packs for fitting these lights, we were so much disappointed to see that two of the lamp shades dented and of different hues - the reflector and the lamp diaphragm - one pure white and one ivory white; one having golden cap and one black cap to cover the connection - and mind you these were decorative lights for our living room !. They look totally different while switched on. When I raised a complaint they replied that "they only have a 24 hour return policy". Please think twice before you buy anything from these guys with your hard earned money ! The stuff you might receive may not the ones you ever wished or wanted. You should be lucky enough to examine and return the item within 24 hours, for a refund or exchange, while they can take more than a month to deliver what you ordered, after full payment. A big zero out of 10 for quality of their product and customer service. Never bothered to change those lights so far !! And I never expected such a pathetic approach from a company like this. Not at all recommended.

I bought a few Home Decor items from their site this month, i.e, August 2017. The quality of the product is amazing ! Every item I received has exceeded my expectation. I got in touch with their customer support prior to the purchase via the chat system first and then a phone call, and they were able to answer all my queries effectively. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was well done. I will definitely recommend them to my peers.

The quality of the chandeliers is far superior than others available at the same price. Quiet surprising frankly, I wasn't sure what to expect with them. I just had mine installed last month (their service team came and set it up for me), and it all looks very charming.

I bought a floor lamp from White Teak and it adds much needed modern character to my living room . I was hesitant at first about buying a expensive product online but their customer support put me at ease and delivered the product within a day. The whole process was hassle free.

Excellent service.. Extremely professional,took care of the product installation in a place where their branch is not there.Went out of their way. Really appreciate all your help and good work.
