Very unprofessional takes advance then excuses of falling sick always and then workers not coming or o will call tomorrow after 5 months returns the amount less and says sorry does not show photos of progress Please stay away from this gentleman

It has been a frustrating experience in dealing with this Company. I had ordered furniture in November 2020. My Center Table was received broken and I was assured that the same will be replaced. Its been 9 months now and after repeated follow ups, they have not sent any replacement. I am extremely disappointed and fed up of all excuses that they have been given. Now, they do not have the courtesy to reply to messages and have stopped taking my calls.

I bought a book shelf and a study table and chair. The book shelf came with damage and then handles broken. He said he replaced the handles but it never reached me. Study table: we customised the table and paid even more for the customisation and when the table arrived the size is much smaller than the customised product. This was the product he had and not what we customised. The chair came broken, neither did he send carpenter to fix. He promised to replace table and chair which never happened. In the end i was totally in loss and every time he is called he will say today/tomorrow and not pick call etc. I am writing this after patiently following for one year. Bought it last November. This is really bad. The excuse he says is that the he doesn’t know transport facility for tirupati. In that case he shouldn’t have taken orders. My first question was about the delivery to tirupati and in the end I am totally cheated. Had to buy another chair locally. I could have bought everything locally or from Pepperfry which gives great service.

im writting this review after being frustrated and being cheated by this seller, i had ordered a sofa set which i recieved in a very badly damaged condition with the legs broken, i asked the seller to replace it which he promptly agreed , but its been 1 year i have been waiting for the replacement , every time i call the owner i.e nimesh surana he agrees to send it in a few days but 1 year has gone by without any replacement , kindly deal with this seller at your own risk
