“Purchased furniture for my 3-star property in south India. I was expecting a ton of problems during the order stage but was pleasantly surprised. A sales guy asked for drawings of the property to suggest furniture of different types and sizes. Their business model seems to be in place especially to cater to the needs of small & large commercial businesses. On the downside, 4 chairs arrived broken due to errors at logisitcs end, which was replaced by the company later on.”
