I found Dev Tak by chance while I was looking for an industrial crank table for my office in Tel Aviv. I was truly amazed by the professional communication, the variety of options and by the very good pricing. I found myself buying over 30 items that were manufactured, produced and shipped by the factory in Jodhpur, which made my office extraordinary and unique. I truly recommend with all my heart this very pleasant purchase experience by Dev and his team.

I ordered an industrial table from this company and the transaction was overall pretty good. Initial contact was a bit rough due to a few misunderstandings. The representative seemed rather inflexible when I requested to pay using alternative secure payment methods (i.e. Paypal, Credit card, etc). They only accept bank wires, which was a little inconvenient. They also charge 100% upfront and not the 50% upfront and 50% at project completion that I am used to. After explaining this, they threatened to not accept the project and referred me to another supplier instead, which seemed a bit odd. But after we got over those issues, I decided to take a chance on this company. And I'm glad I did because the rest of the transaction was very smooth! They shipped the table all the way from India to the USA, with frequent emails letting me know the status of the shipment. I did have to hire a different company to handle the import at USA customs (this company does not handle it), which incurred an additional cost. Overall, great company to do business with as long as you don't have any requests that fall outside of their normal, day-to-day business transactions.

His team is creative, accommodative and very very cost effective. His quality is unmatched when compared with products from urban clap or pepper fry or any famous furniture brand in the industry. Not only do I have the most unique furniture in my house, I also have the most amazing furniture that my pockets could handle. Above all, I would never worry about doing transactions with him even if I have entirely done business with him online because he is extremely honest and ethical in every single transaction of his. great products and great price.
