I found Dev Tak by chance while I was looking for an industrial crank table for my office in Tel Aviv. I was truly amazed by the professional communication, the variety of options and by the very good pricing. I found myself buying over 30 items that were manufactured, produced and shipped by the factory in Jodhpur, which made my office extraordinary and unique. I truly recommend with all my heart this very pleasant purchase experience by Dev and his team.

I ordered an industrial table from this company and the transaction was overall pretty good. Initial contact was a bit rough due to a few misunderstandings. The representative seemed rather inflexible when I requested to pay using alternative secure payment methods (i.e. Paypal, Credit card, etc). They only accept bank wires, which was a little inconvenient. They also charge 100% upfront and not the 50% upfront and 50% at project completion that I am used to. After explaining this, they threatened to not accept the project and referred me to another supplier instead, which seemed a bit odd. But after we got over those issues, I decided to take a chance on this company. And I'm glad I did because the rest of the transaction was very smooth! They shipped the table all the way from India to the USA, with frequent emails letting me know the status of the shipment. I did have to hire a different company to handle the import at USA customs (this company does not handle it), which incurred an additional cost. Overall, great company to do business with as long as you don't have any requests that fall outside of their normal, day-to-day business transactions.

Comment from Dev Tak.:

Dear Sir
Thanks a million, indeed beginning was bit rough , we have to follow all set rules and regulations here, trade between countries need full attentions and lot of paper work, further it is a kind of transfer of responsibilities on us, ultimately client should get value for its money and time. we are happy to work for you, a satisfied client is blessings for us and we will keep on doing our best.
regards
Dev

I highly highly recommend Devendra Singh Tak and his phenomenal team for all your furniture requirements. I have filled my house with such quality furniture all from him. His team is creative, accommodative and very very cost effective. His quality is unmatched when compared with products from urban clap or pepper fry or any famous furniture brand in the industry. Not only do I have the most unique furniture in my house, I also have the most amazing furniture that my pockets could handle. Above all, I would never worry about doing transactions with him even if I have entirely done business with him online because he is extremely honest and ethical in every single transaction of his. great products and great price.

I would highly recommend Devendra Singh Tak and his team. Their broad range of unique retro-industrial and recycled wood furniture catches the eye. The ethnic carving crafts are genuinely beautiful and will enhance any home or workplace. I have known Dev for some 12 years and have always been impressed in my dealings with him. Goods consigned to me have always been delivered on time and have arrived in perfect condition.

There are many suppliers in Jodhpur, but this team stands out from the crowd for their innovative and appealing designs. I found them to be professional, helpful and likeable which made it easy to do business with them. We ordered a large container load of furniture from them and the goods arrived well packed and well finished. Communication from them was excellent at all times and I wish them all the success they deserve. Tony Chowles Director Granary Trading Co UK

Great experience working with this company. Product quality is very good and pricing is very reasonable comparing other players in the market. I have also visited the factory at Jodhpur personally to verify the quality of product and setup of company. Promoters of the company are very professional in their work as well as very helpful in understanding entire process. there is no hidden costs involved in the deal also they don't provide inferior quality product. Planning to place some big time order in very near future.
