I purchased two carpets and one sofa-set from BetterGhar. The entire process from shopping on their online store till delivery at my door-step was extremely smooth. The products were also exactly the same as shown in their respective photographs. I would highly recommend BetterGhar and their products to everyone who would like to purchase genuine furniture products for their homes or offices.

Betterghar was referred to us by a friend who had purchased some fixtures from them. Their designs are good and make is strong. Our interior designer Shaheen had some specific designs on mind which betterghar customized for us. Although the delivery took a bit more time than anticipated we are overall happy with the service and furniture.

We bought a few furniture pieces from Betterghar - 1 L-shaped sofa and 2- Accent Chairs. The finish of the products was really nice & it suits our space perfectly well. Mithil and team were proactive in helping us with fabric swatches. Products were delivered on time as well.

Came across BetterGhar on HOUZZ. Very impressed by their website, design & prices. Ordered 2 Sasha Modern Upholstered Dining Chairs from them last year. They messed up the order by using the wrong fabric. Spoke to the owner Mithil Ajmera, very sweet, he offered to change the fabric & promised on time delivery so ordered 4 more chairs. In 9 months, one chair has fallen apart when a guest was sitting on it. I connected with the owner directly, sent him pictures & asked him to fix it. He said as per his policies, they don't cover wear & tear. If you see the pictures here, the chairs have been made with very poor quality & materials. i've been following up with him since last one month, nothing has happened. He has promised to send someone to look into it, but even after multipIe calls & messages, nobody has shown up. It appears as though, the other chairs are also going to give up very soon. really wish i had bought my furniture from someone else, this experience has been really time & money wasting & irritating.

Extremely poor quality and the company does not care, once they have your money. I ordered 8 Danish chairs in August 2018. 2 of them have broken within a month. The other 6 are about to break BECAUSE THEY POORLY MADE . My 80 year old mother in law fell because the chair broke while she was sitting on it. I contacted customer service repeatedly about the issue. Last time after several phone calls they picked my phone and promised me that they'll have an resolution for this issue. The absolute worst company to deal with. STAY AWAY. IT'S JUST LIKE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
