can I give them zero.? My order has not arrived despite promises that it would by the end of January and they refuse to answer their phone or their email messages.I am asking for a refund but again, no communication from their end ! Terrible terrible customer 'service "

Placed order one month past still to complete the supply i suppose they don't have stocks, once the payment is done then the actual play begins.... there is festival holidays, factory has not taken production , will deliver by Monday, sorry will receive the consignment by Wednesday ect... you are totally stuck by then & if you are a contractor then end game for you....
