Their commitment to maintaining high building standards while using quality materials has truly set them apart. Throughout the project, they not only adhered to the agreed-upon rate, even when the timeline extended due to unavoidable circumstances, but they also demonstrated exemplary dedication to quality. Their proactive approach included conducting a thorough land survey and SBC test at their own expense, ensuring that our building is strong enough to withstand any calamity. I particularly admire that they took their time during the crucial foundation laying stage, prioritizing quality over speed. Having to meet the challenges of Rock excavation. In addition to these efforts, I appreciate that every roofing concrete mixture underwent various tests to uphold quality standards. The project monitoring was handled by incredibly talented and committed individuals, especially Azmath Baig and Honnappaji, who both displayed exceptional professionalism throughout the process. I would also like to thank Mr. Yaseer Hussain for his invaluable support with other sub-works like borewell installation and chartered accounting, which contributed to the smooth progression of the project. You can lay your trust with this person with your hard earned money. A special mention goes to Ms. Heena, the Main Architect, who did a remarkable job in designing our building with three distinct floors, each differing from one another. Her creativity and expertise greatly enriched our project. Spacious Homes offered us numerous options for choosing materials and designs within the scope of our agreement, along with additional cost options, and were very flexible throughout. Their excellent rapport with our neighbors was instrumental, especially given that our approach road is narrow for the passage of building materials. If I were to offer a suggestion for improvement, it would be to enhance communication during the execution of the work. Overall, my experience with Spacious Homes has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am grateful for their professionalism and quality of work. I wish you all well for your future projects. “First things first - Great job by the 100Krafts team by delivering what we set out to achieve together. We hired 100Krafts to design our 3BHK, after lots of research and recommendation from online reviews, friends & families. And gladly, 100Krafts team did meet our expectations by delivering what we wanted. The final product came out really good which was evident from the great feedback we got from our family and friends. Having said that, it was not a dream run for us, where everything worked perfectly. There were delays and rework, as happens in most of the projects. But I would certainly give it to the team and their leadership for the way, those delays, rework & certain other things were handled. I see the team is strong on intent and strives to do well. There are a few screws to tighten, few things to improve, and I think they are already set out on this journey to achieve this. Thanks to Rimjhim, Sumitra, Apoorva, Tusshar, Sukhdev and the entire team for coming together to make this happen. Congrats guys. Cheers!!”
