“My husband and I hired Marcia to advise us during a large remodel. She helped us design our kitchen, master bathroom, stone fireplace, and an art nook for our daughter. She also helped us select paint colors, hardware, flooring, countertops, etc., and she designed the trim throughout our house. In addition, Marcia helped us select all the furniture for the great room and sunroom. She has excellent taste, but was respectful of our budget. She encouraged me to keep my grandmother's antique dining room set, but she recommended replacing the chairs -- pure genius. I think Marcia's level of talent is unique. She has an exceptional artistic sense and also a strong understanding of construction. She's not cheap, but she's really worth the money.”

“We had Steve give us an estimate for refinishing and changing the color on large area of oak flooring. He got us some color samples promptly and we agreed to a start date. He and his workers did an excellent job and the property owner was very pleased with the work. The invoice came in promptly and was accurate with his estimate. Called him on another job a few months later where there had been some water damage. He removed the damaged flooring, dried the area out, and matched the existing floor perfectly. Both jobs were completed timely and with minimal supervision. He and guys are good, honest, hardworking people and I'll use them again when the need arises.”

“I am a decorator and a home owner and have purchased not only for my clients but myself from Ruggs Benedict and they are wonderful. Floor staff is always professional and helpful and they have educated me on the difference in rugs so that I can explain to a customer why one is better than another. I have also been invited to classes or lectures when a rug vendor wants to educate the public on their services. There floor installers are all great...my floors were done before the date they had assigned me and they are beautiful. I did grey tones in the wood floors I was installing and I trusted them enought to have the confindence to choose something a little different from the norm and I love my floors. I normally use Chris and she is great and all the installers are great guys. I liked that they are on salary not just contract labor. They have a stake in what is being sold or installed by Ruggs Benedict. When I chose Ruggs Benedict they were just a few hundred dollars more than the other two vendors I was compairing products with but I felt that they were the best and that decision proved to be the correct choice.”

“Early this spring I contacted Jodi at The Design Center to assist me in obtaining Starmark Cabinetry for a complete master bath remodel in our home. The Design Center was the only business located that was approved for the sale of Starmark products in Western Colorado. Right from the beginning Jodi was very helpful. She was a good listener and seemed to know the cabinetry well. She always supported me as a customer even when there were a few minor problems with Starmark's reported high end quality. The master bath remodel took quite a bit of time for numerous reasons, none of which were Jodi's fault. My wife and I are very happy with the completed master bath which was due, in no small measure, to Jodi's skill and understanding and her positive attitude. Should I have need for similar assistance in the future I would not hesitate to have Jodi as my professional representative in this field.”
