“G.Lee Homes was amazing! Incredibly attentive, unique imagination, and high quality construction. The entire building process with G.Lee Homes was a blast. “United Services replaced damaged siding and repainted my home. They accommodated my request to build a custom rain screen behind the siding, which can be a tricky retrofit. Any problems were addressed in a timely manner and everything turned out great. I would hire United Services again.”

“Curt Hofer & Associates built a home for us in 2012. We love our home. Steve, the company president, is honest and straight forward and very easy to work with. Marshall, the designer, was SO talented and really wonderful and creative. He listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted, then came up with a wonderful, functional plan. He was really fun and easy to work with. Craig, the financial officer, is very honest, kind and straight forward. They are all very knowledgable and easy to work with. They build multi-million dollar homes, and though our house was not as large as many of those, they treated us with patience and respect. Their whole team is a great bunch of people. We highly recommend them.”

“I had an amazing experience working with ADC from the start of the design of our custom home, through the build process, and in the time since the house was built. They took time above and beyond what I would have expected during the design of our home to make sure we had considered all the things we could want in our new home. I was always able to speak to the right person at ADC when I would call or e-mail with questions. The people I mainly worked with (Steve, Adam, Casey, and Bob) were always friendly and generous with their time to answer all questions I had or ideas they had as we were going through the design and build process. The project began and ended within the timeline they gave me. There were no delays caused by ADC or any of their subs. Their subs were always friendly and willing to answer questions and discuss how things were going when I would stop by my house to see how things were progressing. I cannot think of a single part of the process that was disappointing. They stayed on budget and there were no "surprises" in terms of costs. I have recommended ADC to two family members who have since used them and to other friends. Everyone I have referred to ADC has had the same positive experience I have had. ADC is an elite build company and I have no reservations about endorsing their work and finished product.”

“First experience in building a home. Overall went well. Jodi and Noah available for follow ups and never showed frustration in doing so. I feel that Brian builds pretty homes with nice, updated features in them. Street of Dreams, best home! However, quality questionable in some areas. For example, concrete in drive way flaking away, garage doors finicky, need insulation between floors- especially main to upper, can hear every foot step. Last, the landscaping. Remove Patera and add K&M landscapers as one of your choices. This was probably the most frustrating area in follow up with the home. Otherwise, we have recommended Brian to others and enjoyed working with Brian and Shawn. Thanks....”
