“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“RCS built our dream home on Indian Lake. The most creative and knowledgeable company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. RCS took the time to understand how we live and our design style to give us a home we could never have imagined on our own. Their research team was able to incorporate a loft overlooking a very functional in-door charcoal grill built into the bar. A fun way to entertain in the winter. The exterior hardscape designers created a soft privacy pool area as well as a dynamic sea wall for our boating friends. I cannot recommend RCS enough. Their talented, hardworking, trustworthy team gave us our dream home on time and in budget. I would highly recommend for any building and remodeling needs.”

“We have used April Sunshine Designs for several major projects, as well as yearly maintenance. April designed and oversaw construction on a paver patio, custom cedar pergola, arbor over a grilling island, and a gas fire pit area. She also designed and installed all of the landscaping at two of our residences. We have been very pleased with the results. She is innovative, and came up with designs much better than what we had planned out ourselves. She listened to our goals and desires and turned them into a dream landscape. We also have April close the beds in the fall and open them in the spring. It is a relationship we started with her over four years ago and hope to continue for many years to come.”

“During winter, we experienced frozen pipes in our kitchen as they are located on an outside wall. AE Fickert determined what the problem was (lack of insulation around the pipes inside the wall) and took care of it when even our builder could not determine the source. AE Fickert also found a couple of leaks in our upstairs bathroom. Again, they determined the source and fixed them. We had AE Fickert replace a couple of our windows. They do excellent work and I am very pleased with their service and expertise.”
