“Design Classics did great work on a challenging project and later on a straightforward remodel. Jeff and his team helped us through a three story building remodel that involved significant foundation and framing challenges, and we ended up with a building that is much more sound than it had been previously. Jeff was creative in solving the structural challenges and in being cost-effective. On the straightforward remodel, we ran into unexpected acoustical challenges. “We have built two homes with Victor Myers Custom Homes and have been thoroughly satisfied in both cases. They do everything that they promise they will do. They are not content until the customer is satisfied. Their 2 year warranty is extremely beneficial. “It has been a fantastic and rewarding experience building our dream home with Bethune-Spurlock Design Build. The design process was exactly what we desired when we began thinking about a new home. We were looking for a way to build a unique home, different than the more common styles built across north Texas today. We loved the Mid-Century Style of architecture but we also wanted to keep a rural Texas feel since we are living out in the country. Jonathan Bethune did an excellent job capturing the look and feel of the house as well as creating an incredible floor plan that makes excellent use of space. The building process proceeded timely and it was clear from the beginning that the quality of work was very important to the team. Steve Spurlock did an excellent job keeping the work going even during very wet days and weeks. Steve was on-site often and very available to us when needed. The end product is a very well constructed home that we feel is efficient and beautiful. Jennifer Bethune really helped bring the interior style of the house. She was very available to choose wood, paint, countertops, tile and many of the other surface areas that really added to the beauty of the home. The overall experience has been incredibly engaging and exciting. Having such a unique home is very special to us and Bethune-Spurlock Design Build was a great choice for us. Sandra and Troy Bagwell”

“Derek (and company) did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. He was very helpful in coming up with a wonderful selection of materials based on our conversations. The workmanship is great. He used the existing layout, but incorporated all new materials (tile, shower, commode, cabinetry, fixtures, etc. The only thing that stayed was the jacuzzi tub, doors and baseboard. We love it!”

“We have had an amazing experience with Edge Crew Construction. Our initial project involved construction of a barndaminiom for our family of 6. We have comfortably lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment during construction of our dream home while also being able to store all home furnishings in our barn for the past 10 months. Our home construction will be complete in the next 6 weeks or so. It is a beautiful Texas Tuscan exterior with transitional interior finishings. The detail involved in the design of this home is absolutely beautiful!! We have definitely been able to showcase Jonathan's talent in the design and construction of this home.”

“Classic Custom Homes is a superior home builder. They provide top-notch service and products. I was very impressed with the builders ability to stay on schedule and finish our beautiful home in time for our move. The house is so beautiful and you can tell he hired professional contractors to do the work. As with any home building process, there were a few hiccups but, Classic Custom Homes resolved the issues immediately and helped us through the building process. They were honest and upfront about the costs and helped us to stay on budget. While they were not the cheapest bid we received, I can tell by the quality that the other bids would not have given us a house this nice. Plus, the other bids didn't have the same amount of budgets for all the "extra's" we wanted to include, which means their bids were not very realistic. So, we are very pleased with our decision to use Classic Custom Homes & Bill Santee. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make our house a "home"! We highly recommend anyone considering building a home, to definitely consider Classic Custom Homes.”
