“Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!”

“We recently completed our 3rd large scale project with SF Design Build .... first a major remodel of our condo in 2008.... then a major seismic upgrade for our entire building in 2010...and now a complete exterior painting and new deck construction and maintenance completions for the entire building (a three story structure in NOPA). Basically they went over this entire huge building tooth and nail fixing and updating every inch. Our 87 year old wood construction building is now in near perfect condition. We keep returning to Rudy, Jessica and the SFDB team for the simple reason that they are honest, professional, thorough, budget-wise and conscious and have excellent follow up. The quality of the work by Samuel, Hugo, Ceasar, Eric and the others is excellent. These guys are real craftsmen and it shows. What a pleasure to see their finished work! All of the workers are company employees and have been with SFDB for all the years we have used the company. No day hires! We bid this work, as we did our other projects, and SFDB once again came in competitive. (they were not the cheapest but also held an advantage over "just" painting contractors because as a general contractor they have their own scaffolding. the other painters bid the work then had an "add on" for scaffolding that in some cases could add $5k to the cost.) they completed the work on budget. No gimmicks, add ons etc. during the work they found that some planking on one side of the building had been repaired poorly many years ago and had to be replaced. this added about 3 days to the job with some cost increase but they showed how it was necesary. One of the best things about SFDB is that there are no surprises. They work entirely through the project with no gaps or no show days. they clean up EVERY DAY and leave the work site as accessible as possible, respecting the owners living space. I would highly recommend SF Design Build. Like the PGA ads on television ... "These Guys are Good!...."”

He and his team's commitment to quality, detail and excellence was indeed stellar. They understood us as clients and our needs and specific tastes. They truly listened and reacted with speed. Above everything else, their strive for perfection and desire to exceed expectations is indicative about the ethic and pride they bring to their work, day-in and day-out. “This was our first construction project. Cottage really helps make the ADU process accessible, approachable, and less intimidating. It’s easy to trust the Cottage team - you can feel the level of integrity and honest and high quality of work. Cottage made it easy, and for a competitive price. Building an ADU is not cheap, just like building a house in the Bay Area is not cheap. For building a custom stick-built ADU, the price was great. They are all very hardworking and responsive. Construction can be nerve racking but Cottage was always very calm, professional, friendly, approachable, and kept us in the loop. They made us feel good every step of the way. It’s been a pleasure and fun working with Cottage! I consider my contacts for Cottage to be like friends...really high quality people. It’s a breath of fresh air to work with a firm like Cottage compared one considers traditional design or general contractor companies. “G Family Construction are nice people who are easy to talk to. They listened to my ideas and gave me some additional ideas which improved my plan. An additional window was installed and two French doors replaced old sliders and single door. Additional carpentry work for cabinets, etc. On the eⅹterior French drains were installed and a sump pump was installed in basement.”

“Great job Bear!! We were all over the place with how we wanted our kitchen and Bathrooms to look like. Idan was able to creat a digital design and layout of our house and we together added and removed objects and modified the design. We were able to visualize and understand what we want in 2 visits. Idan took care of all stages of the design And permits and was able to completed two bathrooms and a kitchen in 6 weeks allowing us to still live in the house which saved us a lot of money. Punctuality, honesty, professional. Thank you Idan and thank you Bear!”

“We bought our lovely traditional stucco home knowing we would remodel much of the house. It had great bones but the kitchen and baths were in dire need of being redone. The stairs to the lower level were terrible as were the lower rooms. We wanted our dream house. We had worked with Lisa & Gary on upgrading our previous home for sale and were very pleased with their work, so we called them to do the remodel. We love to cook so the kitchen was a priority. Gary and Lisa listened to everything we wanted and came up with the perfect plan doubling our square footage and adding 2 master suites, a fabulous kitchen with a family room and office. With great planning we were able to live in our home during much of the work including working around our 2 kids and 3 cats!. Most importantly they transformed our house into our dream home. They were able to maintain the historical architecture and blend in the more modern finishes in the kitchen and baths. We love our house and are never moving!”
