“Our relationship began with 42North CH while viewing one of their 2015 parade homes. Although their wives met us with a smile upon entering the home, our impression of Greg & Ben was impressive and the connection was instantaneous! With many follow up meetings at our cottage, where our new home would one day be, Greg & Ben understood what "we" the owner wanted and hoped to achieve. They became as excited as we were. That never changed. They always listened to our thoughts and desires, understood our concerns and did their very best to "make it happen"! Being in construction ourselves for many years, we knew the journey wouldn't come without it's perplexities along the way. Every obstacle was always met with a positive response "we'll take care of it". We were always to the point if we had concerns, and they took them on with full respect and dignity. 42 North CH is a relatively young company that we are proud to be a part of their list of customers. They will soar and get better and better with each project because "they" are listeners. Rare in today's world. “We had a small master bathroom with a huge jet tub, one sink, toilet and small shower. Hickory Builders came up with a design that made the bathroom feel twice as big with everything we wanted. By taking one of the linen closets on the other side of the wall and removing the unused jet tub, they were able to not only make a large shower my husband wanted, but also put in a double sink, claw foot tub and a beautiful cabinet with a lot of storage. The transformation is amazing and a pleasure to be in whether in the tub soaking in a nice soothing hot bath or showering with lots of room. The cabinetry is custom built and the quality is second to none. They are professional, clean and go above and beyond! We also had the kitchen done a few years earlier and also an outstanding job, that's why we had them back. I would trust them with any project large or small, their attention to detail from start to finish is great, on scheduling to picking out fixtures and guiding with great suggestions.”

“Excellent crew: Bath and Closet area remodel: Delivered exactly what they said as we ran into no major suprised during the remodel. Cleaned up everyday...so, no dust & dirt floating around my home. Took care not to let any pets outside. Can't say enough nice things. The original bath was shades of Olive Green tiles and tub/sink/toilet. The closet was 2 bifold doors in a walk through area to get to the bath. Did you want before photos?”

“Jaksa builders remodeled our 1950's kitchen and brought it up to a modern sleek kitchen. It is a much more functional and enjoyable cooking space. I thought I had an idea of how I wanted our kitchen to look but my eyes were opened when I was presented with a totally different design. Jaksa builders have wonderful insight and up to date ideas.
