“I was looking for a peice of art to sit on my fireplace mantle and I decided to use Roadhouse Kustom Metals & Design. I ended up with 2 beautiful metal roses in a vase. I can tell by the intricacy of the work that he has had years of experience as well as a natural talent! I will be contacting this business again when we decide to put a fireplace in our back yard. Wether you have a small scale job or large scale, it is definitely worth your time to check these guys out!”

“Space Building completed the renovations on a property we purchased In Gibson BC .While the property itself was beautiful the interior of the house was tired,outdated and not very functional.The rooms were chopped up and very dark and dreary.With the assistance of Space a new floor plan was designed Larger windows and additional windows were added to capture more sunlight as well as french doors as the new entrance. A complete and modern kitchen was installed.The transformation was astonishing.A pleasure to live in.The bedrooms were modernized with larger closets,and better design and bookcases were built in the study to house hundred of books.The projects were completed on time,on budget and the company's employees were so professional and a pleasure to work with.”

“We had the good fortune of having found Steve to do the woodwork for our renovation: alder kitchen cabinets with a soft white-wash satin finish, exterior glass door as well as sliding glass patio doors, kitchen and living room view windows with trim and a fireplace mantle with surrounding bookshelves, all beautifully crafted in fir. Steve's work makes our house unique and one of a kind and adds a sophisticated "wow" factor that is comfortably understated and "present" without demanding attention. We love coming home. The entire process from planning to installation was a pleasure. Steve listened to our ideas, brainstormed with us, gave us choices and possibilities and together helped us create a shared vision. Steve double checked with us, clarified our vision when necessary and then exceeded our expectations. Everything is tastefully done and with a fine touch. Although Steve did all the work, we feel like it is our creation. He helped give our living space a "look" and "feel" for which we will always be grateful. Francine and Frank”

“In Feb. 2013 we bought a burnt out house. We were going to renovate it but on the advice of the company who provides Home Warranties, we decided to tear it down and rebuild within the existing footprint. We paid $160 000 for it and wanted to keep the costs below $400k. Our builder felt that we could meet that goal and designed a 2000 sq. ft. house with bedrooms up and an open concept, 9 ft. high, main floor. To minimize the height, Bryan added a front porch with a roof. He milled custom Fir timbers for inside and out to add interest. He chose to keep the outside simple with a custom, Sage, Hardi plank siding and White trim. Inside the house are Shaw Engineered Hickory Hardwood floors with heated tile in the kitchen. There are tile bathrooms, entrance hall and stair features. The Merritt kitchen and bathroom vanities are all plywood (no press board in the house). We chose to install Quartz counter tops in the kitchen and master bath. We have a tankless gas hot water system and gas fireplace. Gas outlets are provided for a gas stove and/or gas dryer. The bonus is that there was a separate 350 sq foot shop/garage/studio. We redid the roof, siding and windows and installed power. We still have landscaping and some final outside fencing to complete but will do that in the Spring.”
