“I engaged Tim Stevens for a complete kitchen remodel in our 1920's home. As well as a remodel, we needed foundation work. From our first meeting to several follow up calls for finishing details, Tim and the team responded in a timely manner, with answers to my questions and concerns. He gave me several plan proposals until everything was just right with all my must haves included. From there he guided me in the design process to complete all the details. With lots of pictures from design magazines and websites, I thought I was prepared to complete all the details. This proved to be a rather overwhelming process. After receiving multiple quotes for our outdoor living and landscape project we decided to use Southern for a few reasons. 1.
