Mark and Patti Andregg came to our original meeting ready to listen to what my husband and I wanted and were able to take that and make our dreams a reality while at the same time offering invaluable advice and suggestions. They gave us their estimate for both money and the time it would take to complete the project (kitchen and master bath remodel). They completed the project in the exact time period they stated and within our budget. The workers they hired were very professional and always considerate, taking special care to treat our house as a home. “I engaged Tim Stevens for a complete kitchen remodel in our 1920's home. As well as a remodel, we needed foundation work. From our first meeting to several follow up calls for finishing details, Tim and the team responded in a timely manner, with answers to my questions and concerns. He gave me several plan proposals until everything was just right with all my must haves included. From there he guided me in the design process to complete all the details. With lots of pictures from design magazines and websites, I thought I was prepared to complete all the details. This proved to be a rather overwhelming process. But Tim always kept me on track and helped manage the details with his calm and professional manner. The project came in on budget and only a bit longer than planned due to a setback with some tile changes and an issue with the granite installer. But both issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The end result is a fantastic kitchen that gives us so much pleasure and adds so much value to our home. I now have a list of workmen I can call as needs arise and I look forward to hiring Tim and his team for my next project. I have already recommended him to several friends that were very impressed with his deign and workmanship.”

“These guys are truly artists in their craft and have an eye for impeccable detail. We found Southern through a project they were working on in the neighborhood. After receiving multiple quotes for our outdoor living and landscape project we decided to use Southern for a few reasons. 1. They are very punctual and showed up a few minutes before our consultation started. We had a few companies come out and none of them could stick to the time scheduled which led us to think of they aren’t even committed to showing up on time they will not be to out project. 2. The bid was very thorough. It mentioned the slightest detail we had discussed during our consultation. 3. We had a lot of questions and Malcolm took time to discuss them in detail. 4. After we finalized all the details and a start date for our project, Malcolm kept us in the loop as we were approaching the start date. 5. The crews and constructions process was flawless to say the least. They are very detailed, cleaned up everyday, and gave us daily updates as to what was happening on the next stage. 6. After the completion of our paver patio, pergola, and landscaping we will definitely be using Southern Design and Build for all of our outdoor living projects. - Elizabeth Green”

“First of all, may I say it has been a pleasure to work with Design-Build-Done in the remodeling project of our home. Our project involved most every aspect of our home. Yes, the project was too extensive to stay at our residence during the remodel. We added 500 sq. ft. of living space, opened our kitchen and living room plus we added a laundry room. The team listened, guided and advised us through the whole process. They were very giving with their time and always responded in a prompt and courteous manner to our questions and comments. BTW, the “Design” is not just a name. They helped us in many ways to determine colors, themes and furniture types to complement our home. I would use them again in an instant. You will not be disappointed.”

“The Verde Outdoors team- led by Colby W. really did a great job every step of the way. We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the pool to look and Colby made additional suggestions and revisions that were spot-on and really made a difference in the end result. From keeping us up to date on schedule, costs and materials- the communication was great and everything ran more smoothly than expected. We did not experience the delays, over-runs and mis-communications that many of our acquaintances warned us about with other pool builders. From start of construction to swimming- it was only about 60 days- phenomenal in today's market! They may not be able to replicate quite that speed every time, but I know Colby and Levi will do everything they can to get you swimming ASAP.”
