“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. I'm very happy and grateful to have had the chance to work with them.”

“My husband and I were the General Contractors on our owner/build new construction home. We hired The Right Stage to help us with several projects in the construction process. The Right Stage helped with sheetrock, interior wood floors, fireplace stone, exterior stone and painting, driveway pour, and rock pathway in garden to name a few. Shaniko is wonderful to work with! He is very attentive to details and communicates throughout the entire job. I'm a Realtor® and I refer him out to my clients whenever they have a need. The Right Stage is pretty awesome!”

“As a contractor I always look forward to working with CG&S Design Build and installing the beautiful landscapes of Architect Gregory Thomas. Over the years I have worked for CG&S I have always been amazed at the quality of design and meticulous attention to detail that I see. They are precise, punctual and always do what is best for the project and the client. I do believe that honesty and the drive to satisfy the client is what has taken them to the top of their game. Many times as a landscaper I am the last person on site. During the project I get to know the clients and spend a lot of time working with them on the details of the landscape, after all the dust has settled, I can say with all honesty that the clients are always happy and in love with their new home or remodel.”

Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. “Gregory Thomas designed and oversaw the remodeling of my kitchen, the Corvallis Blue Kitchen as seen in his projects. He listened well and understood what I wanted, helping me refine my ideas and blend them with his. His design changed the kitchen without changing the footprint which shortened the job. Work started and was finished on schedule. While things such as under counters drawers for china storage will allow me to age more gracefully in place, that the new kitchen functions well is topped by the beauty of the space. Photos can be seen in his projects.”

“Tier 1 has managed a number of projects at our home in Austin. These have included rehabbing the master bath, re-insulating the attic, replacing A/C units, configuring outdoor drainage, and much more. In some cases the professionals used to perform duties were Tier 1 employees, and in others, outside contractors of their selection. We have had good results with Tier 1, with jobs generally being completed on time and within budget, with high quality workmanship and materials.”

“Levitas Modern Homes helped us tremendously in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey flooding our home in August of 2017. Jeremy initially helped us with the demo portion of the project to get started drying out the slab and framing. We were so impressed with his knowledge, suggestions and work processes that we contracted him for the entire remodel project. Working through the many constraints present in the Houston area at that time with regard to qualified sub-contractor and materials shortages he still was able to get our home remodel project completed and had us living back in our home by Christmas of that same year. In addition to getting us put back together, Levitas was able to include several upgrades and changes to our kitchen and bathrooms which reflected a more modern and upscale appearance and no doubt added substantial value to our property. All of this was accomplished within the budget afforded by our homeowners insurance. We cannot thank Jeremy and all the staff at Levitas Modern Homes enough for a superb effort and outcome. We would absolutely recommend them for any remodel or new build projects and will use them again ourselves should the need ever arise!
