We recently built an addition onto our home, a screened-in porch. As someone who had been a vendor of Taylor Homes for so long, it was exciting to be on the customer side of things. From the sales and design step, to the building, all the way to the closing, the communication was spot on, timely and pertinent. The structure was built soundly (according to the inspector) and is sure to bring us years of enjoyment. “We hired Eldridge Company in August 2016 to oversee several projects in our "new" 24-year-old home: creating a large (7') arched opening in a kitchen wall, converting a window to a back door, and building a large (20' x 19') covered deck/outdoor living area. Throughout the consultation, design, and building process, Christopher Eldridge displayed exemplary communication, attention to detail, and respect for us and our property. The end results of his company's handiwork were beyond superb and we gained a trusted friend and ally for future design/build reference. “We purchased a “spec” house from Stacy Conley. Our new home is well built with many nice upgrades. Obvious care was taken with many of the decor choices such as flooring, lighting, and trim work. Stacy was good to deal with on most issues. We are disappointed with the quality of the appliances. The moving process was made difficult as there was no flexibility with our move in date. A more transparent process of obtaining estimates for contract negotiated items would have been helpful. This was Stacy’s first home that she built and we are happy to recommend her to others.”
