“Quality Construction buid us a single family costom home. The contractor did not work for us, but with us. Helping us with design and and providing us with a large selection of options with each stage of the build. All the trades were very profesional and made every effort to ensure we were pleased. Any issues(all minor) were quickly delt with to meet our request. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I bought a home for our family and knew we had to make some changes to better suit our family and make it more functional. We had a very tight timeline and like most people, a budget to work within. From the moment we met with David and Jason we knew we were in good hands. What really stood out to us from the first meeting was how attentive they were to our needs and wants. They spent most of the meeting learning about us and reasons behind the project to better understand and help guide us. Their "Project Planning Phase" to us is the only way anyone should build or renovate. We were able to look at different options to ensure we maximized every aspect of our renovation, while fitting within our budget. The key takeaway form this phase was that we had an accurate budget and schedule before we ever signed a Construction Contract! Once the renovation began, it didn't matter who we had helping us. Whether it was our Project Manager Jake or the rest of the team that came to help when needed. They were all so attentive to our concerns and questions. The level of communication by the Alair team is unmatched! Their trade team are all so gracious and kind, but most important have the quality of work to back up all those qualities. I could go on and on about how great our experience was, it was not without it's issues like all renovations or builds, but it was never a worry with the Alair Team as they always had a great solution to every problem. It was a truly amazing experience and redefined our expectations of what a renovation should feel like. Thank you to everyone at Alair Homes Team for your amazing efforts, we will ONLY be using you and recommending you moving forward.”

“We got our Royal Home earlier this year and couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Chris Weppler was a great help and offered us a home that was completed in the factory but unsold so we wouldn't have to wait for months to replace our home which we had lost to a fire. The attention to detail in our home is amazing and we have had no major issues. Any minor issues are handled immediately. I would recommend Royal Homes and have done so already.”

“Sutcliffe Homes provided concept design to final building inspection results for our family home in a rural area. Sutcliffe's team provided hands-on management and trade skills through the entire process. There were many challenges with permits, conservation authorities and timelines but our family was able to move in on time and on budget. What was exceptional was the level of detail for some aspects of the project, the quality of trades deployed, the little "nice to haves" in design and the knowledgeable consultations that were on-going through out the entire project - we were very happy with the outcome and had many compliments on the homes design and construction.”

“Derek Seaman and all his trades made the whole new home building process a great experience and a lot of fun. He listened to my ideas, offered excellent advice and completed the project on time with no surprises on the budget. He did an excellent job of accurately estimating the costs associated with our project such that at the end the total amount was essentially the same as what was originally predicted except for a few changes we made along the way. I work in the housing industry so I have quite a bit of experience working with contractors. I really appreciated how Seaman and Sons combined the craftsmanship you should expect from a third generation builder with a commitment to the latest energy efficient, high performance technology that is so important in today's world. Derek helped us build a near Zero Energy home that is healthy, safe, amazingly comfortable and promises to be very durable. For example, he helped us source reclaimed brick so the house fits in to an older neighborhood, but also was able to easily achieve the energy efficiency and environmental requirements of the R-2000 program and of the LEED Platinum specification.”

“Best way to describe Bradstones is from my son's experience (he does some work for them as a sub). Son Jeff of Ackert Construction Port Elgin says they are demanding, you do the job properly, they are happy and pay you immediately. Bradstones built a 4700 sq ft home for us. There were no surprises. everything was done as planned and on time. I am a detail person and so are they, so that worked out very well. We wanted a well built home as perfect as possible and that is what we have. We are very happy with the finished product and they are always available for and questions. “They helped build a 1000 sq.ft. addition on my house in the country. They are very knowledgeable, easy going, and focused people. Both Ryan and Jim, were very helpful, and all the sub trades they used did a great job and did it well. There was no cutting corners, and in fact they usually went beyond the minimum requirements to a level they felt comfortable building. I would recommend them to any one.”
