“David Clark was professional, knowledgeable,helpful and he made it very easy to work with him. He provided a list of places to visit for choosing the appliances, counters etc for my kitchen remodel and all of the contacts were good, efficient etc. He was accurate with his estimate and work was completed within the time frame that he set. He was always available to answer queries, by phone or in person. I would highly recommend using his services, in fact, he about to start our master bathroom!”

“We are extremely happy and pleased with the incredible and beautiful results. The project was large, adding a wing to our home which included a sun room, full living area – living room, bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, and walk-in closet – and basement. The resulting addition is exceptional. Chris is the consummate construction professional. He has an extremely deliberate attention to detail, listens intently to desires and concerns, and goes to great pains to explain plans and activities. He is critical of his team’s results, ensuring that everything has been done correctly and beautifully. Chris exceeds expectations, going above and beyond. He took great pains to ensure that the basement was encapsulated and sealed, including installation of a drainage system around and beneath it that moves any moisture away from it. As if that were not enough, Chris is a genuinely nice, pleasant, and Christian gentleman. “We contracted with D&D Custom Homes to build our house. This has been a very smooth process. And looks like it is going to come in right on schedule. They have an app that they keep updated with everything scheduled, daily logs, pics and even your selections and change orders. This has been really cool to be able to see what is expected to go on next week or in 3 weeks. They have been very professional, from the owner, to the supervisor, buyer and office manager. Any concerns that I brought up were addressed right away or any changes that I wanted to make were always embraced. We have eagerly recommended them to friends and other coworkers. They have made building my forever home a fabulous and fun experience.”
