I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. “We started our working relationship with Moody Construction in 2014 on a new beach-front home in Wells, Maine. We provided the architectural services and Jason Moody and team the construction. Jason was our point of contact for the project and led the construction team until completion of the project in 2015. Born and raised into the construction industry, Jason has a deep understanding of construction in the harsh seacoast environment and the associated approvals processes, and of working closely with the homeowner and the architect to bring the design vision to life. “As a real estate professional, it isn’t uncommon to walk through a property that you wish was yours... This is exactly what happened to me the day I walked through one of Brush and Hammer Builders spec homes in Portland, Maine. I quickly brought my husband back, and with little convincing we quickly signed a contract to hire them as our builders to make this dream a reality. One of the first things that stood out to me about Anthony and Adam was their attention to detail and passion for their craft. I was completely floored by their selection of finishes, carpentry and ability to work with you to ensure they were creating the space you envisioned. In my case... this was an open kitchen design with lots of storage, and a walk-in butlers pantry with a counter top and floating shelving. While my husband didn’t think it could happen, they proved otherwise, and have created a space for me with beautiful, high quality cabinetry, custom navy island end panels, and the pantry exactly as I imagined. Anthony and Adam have experience in design, are organized, wonderful communicators, and have a fantastic process that results in an incredible product. “Mccleary Building is very professional and knowledgeable contractor. I now have 2 houses built by Matt on the ocean and they are holding up very well. One of them he had built and we bought it after it was completed and the other we built from scratch with Matt. I know on both houses Matt would stand behind any issues we would have but the good news is that in 6 years we have had no issues. The second house had a lot of unusual design issues to deal with and Matt was able to easily work through all of them. If your looking for a great builder and nice people to work with this is the company to go with.”
