“Legacy and Chris's team did a great job with our renovation. Our job was significant including a complete update on all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, windows, bathrooms and with the addition of a new kitchen and modern spaces to an older home. Their attention to detail in the work and responsiveness throughout the project was appreciated. They had a daily foreman who was always available to discuss the work and options. They worked well with us to be respectful of our budget but were also always willing to discuss alternatives and new ideas. Overall we were extremely pleased with the final work.”

“Steve and the team at Sterling Construction are awesome. We did a huge renovation that most homeowners would be hesitant to do without an architect. Steve has all the design and installation knowledge anyone could hope for. From demolition to finish carpentry, his teams are great. The work was neat, timely and above all done to the highest standards. Having Steve on the job everyday gave us the confidence and assurance that our project would be completed as contracted. We were able to make some design changes during the job that only enhanced the beauty of our whole house renovation. You'd be hard pressed to find another GC that would do that.”

“Working with Ralph Varn Builder was a pleasure from start to finish. Creatively inspired by drawings at the outset, Ralph developed our vision for a new house with professionalism, creative flare and vision. Sensitive to the requirements of our location, the house was built in good time, allowing for a few hick ups along the way (always to be expected). His after care has been excellent to date. I can thoroughly recommend this company.”

“If you are looking for a company that you can count on, this is the company to go with! We couldn't be happier. We had a house fire and had to rebuild the entire house. We were overwhelmed to say the least. Of course we got a quote from a few different people and these guys were VERY reasonable. The other part that was AMAZING was that they didn't quote just basic things, they quoted us with upgrades that they knew would make us happy and make for a better built home. Every step of the way they were easy to contact and always got back to us SUPER quick. We made changes along the way and they were happy to help. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They made the process easy and built us the home of our dreams. I'm not one for writing reviews, but they really impressed me.”

“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“JJ Cillis Builders built our new home 20+ years ago and the house is still just as sound and beautiful! We had a flooding in our basement 1 year ago and they actually came to help us locate the drainage pipe they had placed 20+ years ago! (which we had failed to keep clear). Now that's service!”

“I have known the President of Heartland Homes for over 20 years in a professional capacity, both as a lawyer representing the company and as a consumer, who had a home built by the company. Heartland only hires the highest quality workmen with great building experience and knowledge, and the company only uses the highest grade quality building materials in the construction of its' homes. The owner of the company, Richard Bergman, is always on the construction site making sure that the work is being performed to his high standards.”

“Mike is professional, responsive, punctual, and highly skilled at what he does. He is always able to do quality work quickly, and is very easy to communicate with throughout the process. It is really difficult to find contractors in this area who demonstrate this level of professionalism, so I feel very lucky to have found him. If I could give more than five stars, I would!”
