“Chris completely remodeled our master bathroom; It involved removing the vanity tops and sinks, modifying the counters to increase storage, removing the old small stand - alone shower and turning it into a closet, tearing out the whirlpool tub and replacing it with an extraordinary large walk-in shower with frameless glass door and wall. He also removed an octagonal shaped window and replaced that with a 4" x 4" glass block window that brings daylight into the shower. The floor was replaced with ceramic tile that matches the shower, a new vanity top was installed with new sinks and hardware and the whole place re painted. It's been over 2 years now and it still looks like new and we enjoy it every day. It was well worth the time it took to get the job done. We chose the best quality materials money allowed and it turned out to our satisfaction. M & W Simard”

“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! “I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at. It doesn't take long visiting one of their projects that quality is job one and pride in cleanliness of jobsite is a priority. “We recently hired McEachern Custom Homes to renovate both our kitchen and master bathroom. Caleb was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was reliable, patient and very responsive. During the planning/design process, Caleb shared ideas and design opinions, which was very helpful. During the remodel, Caleb ensured our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He did such a great job managing our project and never dropped the ball when we sent requests or questions. Caleb’s end goal was to ensure we were happy with the completed project and we absolutely are!!! “Working with Mark Hayes of Hayes Signature Homes was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Having renovated numerous homes in the past, this was our first experience with a new build, so we were rightfully anxious about how smoothly the process would go. Mark proved to have an exceptional eye for detail, strong financial and budget awareness and ability to communicate that ensured for an incredibly positive building experience. Mark was always candid but respectful in his feedback and counsel throughout the entire process and kept us well updated on our budget progress. Builders often get set in their ways of doing things but he was always open to trying new ideas, new styles/materials, etc., and really embraced our vision completely. We always felt that we had a solid foundation of mutual trust and respect and never experienced any real surprises (that weren't self induced).
