“4G took our wooded lot and made it into more than we ever expected! After moving into the Mooresville, NC area and trying to find that "perfect house" we were at a loss. It wasn't until buying a lot in Falls Cove and meeting with Sam Gandy that we started to think that finally we may have found our answer! We moved into our new home on April 11, 2014 and finally we have our "perfect house". 4G is extremely professional but also make you feel like part of their extended family. They never leave questions or concerns unanswered. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with every phase of the construction. They made our part very simple it was in no way overwhelming and even let me send them pictures from Pintrest and other websites when I had ideas! Sam and or Quinton were on my job site daily to make sure the progression of my house was where it needed to be. I love my home and I am thankful everyday that I get to live here. I am 1000% happy that we were fortunate enough to get 4G to build our home. It was a fun experience getting to build this house and would always recommend them to any family or friend looking to build their "perfect house".”

“My family recently relocated to Charlotte from the Washington, DC area and we had to quickly find the right home. We looked at almost 20 homes with our Realtor and when we walked in to the Pike Properties home, we fell in love. The finishes were exceptionally high-end, the design was warm and welcoming, and the quality was apparent. Relocating long-distance is never easy, but the team at Pike Properties made sure we felt welcome and tended to all our wishes that we would have otherwise had to coordinate from afar. Like family, they made sure we were comfortable from our first night in our new home. We have purchased many new homes over the years, but never have we had a house that was so perfect from day one.
