“When my wife and I moved to the Central Coast from the Central Valley (sound familiar?), we wanted not just a change in scenery, or cooler temperatures, we wanted a lifestyle change. We bought a mobile home in a great spot, but the home had an existing 3-level deck that was very old, poorly designed, and really just ugly. We interviewed 3 different builders, and we did not have to look any further once we met Isaac, the proprietor of IMC Building. He just understood exactly what we wanted without a lot of need for us to draw the picture. In fact, he drew the pictures! Mobile home parks have some surprisingly stringent requirements for decks, Isaac was able to wade through the confusing, arbitrary, and sometimes contradictory requirements from the state agency that oversees mobile homes. The end result is that we got an amazingly stout structure that looks incredible and gives us literally hours of joy each and every day. We added 1,000 sq ft of livable space to our mobile home, and we recommend IMC Building to everyone who asks about our beautiful deck.”

“Odenwald Construction Inc. built a custom home and barn/guesthouse for us in 2011. They managed the project from beginning to end with professionalism, honesty and integrity. Our property was raw land, (20 acres) and required much in the way of planning. We had no utilities and are located in a rural area. The Odenwald team handled everything from design to permits then subsequently to construction. They helped us with everything from acquiring electricity & solar energy, to heater floors and all of our many beautiful finishes. All of these feats were managed without a glitch and we enjoyed the entire process. They came in on time and in never went over the promised budget. We worked in perfect harmony. This is the best recommendation we can give in today’s world to a fabulous builder…”

“Simply put, Legacy Builders were amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication is top notch, everyone we worked with (Jon, Sadie, Evan and Steven) were easy to get ahold of and were quick to respond. Jon and Sadie took the time up front to help us design our ADU and the final product reflected that, even going over potential hiccups that could happen so we would be aware and prepared if anything did happen. Their estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch offering different options for estimates depending on which kind of work/look we wanted. They’re super flexible and work with you to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. Evan (our project manager) would always keep us in the loop about when things were happening and next steps to come, so we were never left wondering "what's happening next?". They’re loyal to their people, and their people are loyal to them. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing construction/design work done. If we have another project in the future we will definitely be returning costumes.. oh yeah and our project ended up being completed a whole 2 MONTHS than the original estimated completion date! We absolutely LOVE our ADU- now 840sqft which my husband and I live in and couldn’t have done it without Legacy Builders.”

“When I was doing a gut remodel on my home there was no question on who I was going to use. Stephen and his team responded quickly and thoughtfully walked me through the process. They were honest and set clear exceptions for cost and timelines (which they correctly estimated from the beginning). The work was done beautifully and they were always considerate to clean up after each day. I could not recommend them enough and look forward to working with them again on my next project.”

“I hired Dan to coordinate my recent kitchen remodel. I had a good idea what I wanted but several other people I sought bids from discouraged me and tried to change my plan. This company had a 'can do' attitude and nothing was too hard for them to carry out. My kitchen remodel knocked out a small wall, moved the sink (which involved extensive plumbing), stove and refrigerator placement, installed new cabinets, counter tops, flooring,windows,appliances,lighting and a barn door. All of the building professionals employed for this job were respectful, reliable, and well qualified to carry out the job at hand. It was a pleasure doing business with Ferreira Inc. The project lasted 2 months from planning to completion and was completed within the planned budget amounts. We received good value for quality work.”

“It was wonderful working with Green Goods on a recent tenant improvement project for a new office. Green Goods provided terrific carpet with recycled content and stranded bamboo flooring as well. Green Goods was able to deliver on the tenant's (GSA, a Federal agency) requirements for sustainable surfaces, while also meeting the building owner's need for affordability.
