Renox Renovations

I have also been CHEATED by Renox Hyderabad I AM pursuing it legally now to get my Money back from this firm I suggest all of us should jointly take up this matter and file a joint complaint against this FIRM which is CHEATING so many people I have been cheated to the tune of Rs 156,650. Poor quality of whatever work was done

Unfortunately we have approached renox and lost faith and money in people. They have dealt in very unprofessional way. 1. There is no estimation break up either in mail or paper. It's all oral. When u ask for details it's not answered staightly. 2. They expect huge budget irrespective of small or big renovation. In our case, we spoke about kitchen renovation and sepage rectification to which they proposed Bath renovation too and estimated 1.1 lakh for kitchen, 35 thousand for sepage and 1.35 for bathroom renovation apart from 15% service cost extra. To which we were not convinced and asked to take up only kitchen work. The service manager ( kamesh) got a couple of workers and pulled out the kitchen cabinet and asked for advance. Thinking the kitchen work will be proceeded , we paid 14k as advance . After which, the actual drama started. The manager attidute changed and hardly responded in phone . And finally he messaged on WhatsApp that he is not taking up the further and we have to pay the rest of the bill of 35k. This time he did send break up, with his consultation fee 10k per day for three days . Though they mentioned free consultation and estimation they charged that unrealistic fee. Please find the snap shot of their website. We understood that it's fraud and called up the renox founder for help. Though he sounded like helping, it is not concluded for more than three months now.
