“Recommend by a friend who had a major remodel. We selected united Artisans to perform a high end remodel also. Work included 3 new bathrooms, total kitchen and bar makeover, new hardwood and tile flooring and doors throughout. Eric is a master craftsman and he and his workers take pride in their work and attention to detail. All work completed within budgets and schedules. “Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”
