“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“I hired Tamir when I bought my first house. I'd seen the work he'd done for a few friends who recommended him highly. Tamir came for my home inspection (which was incredbily helpful to me as a first time buyer) and helped me plan out the changes. For my first project with him we completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (including moving/removing walls) along with painting and other smaller projects throughout the interior of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. His crew did a great job. Tamir truly wants his client to be happy. If I'm not happy with how something turns out he will do whatever needs to be done to make me happy - whether it's coming back for touch ups, to replace some tile, or whatever I need. I have friends who've used other contractors and many say they just ask for money and don't care about making the client happy. Tamir was also great about sticking to my budget. Shortly after I moved in to my house a pipe burst in my front yard. I called Tamir at 5:30am on a Sunday with no idea what to do. He had someone at my house in 30 minutes. His response was amazing and is indicative of how he will always go above and beyond for his clients. My second major project with Tamir was redoing the front yard and exterior of my house and fixing a drainage issue under my back patio. We painted the exterior of the house, added a series of retaining walls to my hillside yard, replaced the front stone steps and landing. In the backyard we demoed out a large concrete patio to add drainage around my house so water stopped running under my house and eroding soil around the pylons. We also stuccoed the front and backyard retaining walls. His team regraded my hillside yard and worked with my landscape designer to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They hung window boxes and wired my drip irrigation. His crew was available for what I needed. They worked hard and efficiently. Tamir has handled other projects for me as well. He replaced the roof on my house and added insulation. I'm about to start my next project with Tamir -the completion of my backyard. I'm looking forward to getting started. I recommend Tamir to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.”
