“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

“Great experience! Our journey to find the right contractor began by leaving our details in multiple remodeling service websites and met with seven contractors, needless to say I was not impressed by their understanding of the code in the San Francisco code or attention to details. Two things that were very important to us. Fortunately I was recommended on TRIOND via a friend from work who just had them do his bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We were interested in remodeling two bathrooms, which hadn't changed since its last renovation in the '70s... Although Triond's proposal wasn't the lowest one, we chose them to do our bathroom remodeling. We were impressed by the fact the proposal was very comprehensive and had taken into consideration options and obstacles other contractors did not even consider mentioning. Another reason we have chosen TRIOND over other remodeling companies is because even before signing anything the project manager brought an engineer to take a look and share his impression when we were considering removing a load bearing wall and relocate the bathroom We are very pleased with the final result. Even though we had a vision in mind about how each bathroom should look, we are happy we took the interior designer's advice. The layout the designer suggested made sense and the rendering really helped seeing how everything comes together. and eventually, it also saved us some budget which we were able to spend on higher quality finish materials. We would choose to work with TRIOND on future remodeling projects!”

“Manny and his crew are on time, honorable, efficient and extremely neat. The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”

“We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”
