“We've learned over the years that when looking for someone to entrust a significant home improvement project to, it's vital to make the selection based on experience, credentials, and most importantly, some shared values. We found that person in Kim Russell and her company Classic Coastal. Kim believes, as we do, in meticulous attention to detail, planning thoroughly, communicating regularly, insuring high quality materials and construction, and personal accountability. That accountability was demonstrated by Kim's visit to the job site daily - sometimes several times a day - to inspect progress and answer any concerns or questions we had. She's able to do this, I think, because she only takes on as much work as she knows she can manage effectively. We found her to have a great eye for design, but to also be practical in her approach. Her subcontractors performed well and her full time carpenters were true craftsmen. We plan to live in our home for many years, so it was important for us to work with someone who shared our values around quality construction that will hold up well to the elements in Cape May. We have no hesitation in strongly endorsing Kim and Classic Coastal based on our complete satisfaction with the substantial renovation she completed on our home.”
