“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“I Hired RC Tools initially to finish a new bathroom in my basement. This job included installing porcelain tiles on the floor as well as shower surround, installation of a glass shower door & mounting a floating vanity on the wall. He did such a great job that I also hired him to install laminate flooring & trim in the rest of the basement. Love my basement!”
