“M&M American Builders are a very professional company. My wife and I own a ranch style home. In the kitchen she wanted a double window to be removed and a door. She wanted it replaced with a sliding door. John & Keith came in and reconstructed the entire back wall of our kitchen to accommodate her vision, and let me say they did just that. We are told over and over again how much this has changed the look of our kitchen from the natural lighting, space and above all the quality of work done. They were very helpful and when leaving they left everything spotless inside and out. If you ask for something to get done M&M American Builders of NH will deliver just that.”

“I have hired Mike for numerous projects. From Bathroom tile, kitchen floor, carpentry, and rebuilding my shed that was about to collapse. Mike has done fantastic work on every project. However, the best part of working with Mike is his honesty and integrity. If he says he will be there, you can count on it. On a few occassions he has even offered cheaper alternatives due to his experience because he understands the value of his name. The best review I can leave is that I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have hired him and I always get positive feedback from them. There are no negatives with hiring Mike. He pays attention to detail and to making sure the finished product matches your desires.”

“We are extremely delighted to provide a review on our experience working with Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling company for enhancing our existing deck. It was a great pleasure to work with Yuri and his crew throughout the entire process. Right from the start when we were reaching out to several contractors about our deck project, Yuri stopped by multiple times upon our request to patiently answer all our questions and provide good insights and design options on the concerns we had on the expansion of the deck. Once the project was awarded to him, Yuri immediately filed a permit with the town and was diligently answering all the questions that town had related to the work. Upon approval of the permit from the town (which took almost a month), Yuri immediately started the work the very next day with his experienced crew. The crew were so dedicated and punctual that the work got completed within 7 days when it was supposed to take more than 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was impeccable, as there was not even a single hour during the day when his crew was idle due to lack of material or direction. Their dedication and attention to detail is really praiseworthy. Yuri has all the required professionals (plumber, electrician, designer, engineers etc) at his disposal that he can have them come over as needed when unforeseen hurdles creep up. They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects. We really loved the overall experience and quality of work that was delivered by Yuri and his crew. Way to go Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling. Keep up the excellent work!”

“Dave is an excellent craftsmen, and intelligent builder. He returns calls on time, texts daily, and his pricing and work contract are very transparent We originally needed a window replaced, but the project morphed into a much larger project because of carpenter ants. He ended up having to replace all the shingling on one side of our house. Dave was very honest and clear on how the project escalated, what new costs were and gave us different options for budget and solutions. He encouraged us to go with a bit higher quality in materials, and we are really thankful we did the job right. It was late January and he and his fellow builder showed up in 10 degree weather for a week. His coworker was a pleasure to chat with every day, With 3 children at home, it’s important to feel comfortable with workers and I fully trust Dave and his Team. He always was meticulous with clean up. My one suggestion would be to understand his payment plan. We gave him a down payment and then wrote fairly substantial checks weekly. I felt like I was not always prepared with money in the bank to cover that week’s installments. I would prefer one deposit down and final payment at end but this was our only issue. His knowledge and expertise were worth it,! We were very pleased with the end result and quality of work and highly recommend him!”

“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”
