“Ben did an outstanding job for us in helping us select a house plan, lot, modifying the plan, reacting to requested changes during construction, follow-up during the year after closing and move-in. After we lived there for 4 years and we moved to another town, Ben did modifications for us in our new house there, and did an outstanding job again for us. I wish we were closer to Ben so that he could do more mods for us.”

“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. “My recent home renovation was an exceptional experience.The team at Steelesconstructionllc was very professional,knowledgable and talented.My whole house is new and shinny from floors to ceilings,including a new kitchen with custom cabinets to new bathrooms,totally gutted and renovated,to beautiful moldings ,floors,doors and appliances. The construction was amazing ,they kept the site clean neat and protected with superior workmanship.Then the design team came in and the house is spectacular.My reveal was unbelievable.Everything was perfect from the furnishings, the decor, the paint, the special touches ,like valuable family pictures on the shelves to the gorgeous lighting .they even placed fresh flowers in vases.This company gave me a truly beautiful home.I highly recommend them.”

If you want to see the work they do in person, come check out our bicycle shop! Our retail space was a maze of small offices before Headwaters transformed it. Now we have a beautiful showroom, practical repair shop, and efficient office & storage areas. The attention to detail, clear cut choices of products & materials, and finishing touches are so good, they sometimes become the topic of conversation with our customers instead of the bicycles that we sell. The remodel went so well, we've even had Headwaters build a deck, install sliding glass doors, relocate a few windows, and even add chimney pots to our home.
