“These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision. I’d have no problem hiring them again.”

“The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. The handle inspection and securing there was no mold, gotta love that. After a toilet malfunction we woke up to a small river in our bathroom. Their team not only did a quote but was impressed with the video used give a full understanding of the remolding process. The prices was reasonable but I am opting for outstanding work over price, after all I have to keep this bathroom forever.”

“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. “Paul Davis did a great job restoring my house after a water leak. They performed mold remediation, replaced floors, patched walls and painted. The entire project was completed professionally, quickly and the work was well done. In the end we had to work out the pricing on some change orders during the project but overall I was very satisfied and i would use them again.”
