“We hired Gene Glaze because of his experience and expertise in ADA standards. (We are retired and planning to "age in place.) Turned out to be a great choice. Gene is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is highly regarded by his subcontractors, and hires the best. His site supervisor and head carpenter, Jeff, is delightful to work with and an outstanding craftsman. We're more than a year out from our major remodel, and I have no complaints or concerns. His designs (three baths, back deck, bedroom updates, extensive electrical work and plumbing) were imaginative and highly functional. His landscaping crew did great work, as did the roofer, concrete mason installing a new pathway from driveway to front doors. Interior painting and exterior siding were executed professionally.”

“This Company has been the best , very professional, on time and perfect work. They painted completely my house and redone the Kitchen Cabnets , also did a beautiful wall in my 20 ft height lo moving room that looks amazing in wood . “I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. “Ben did an outstanding job for us in helping us select a house plan, lot, modifying the plan, reacting to requested changes during construction, follow-up during the year after closing and move-in. After we lived there for 4 years and we moved to another town, Ben did modifications for us in our new house there, and did an outstanding job again for us. I wish we were closer to Ben so that he could do more mods for us.”
