“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“35.31 developments provided excellent service. First the cabinet maker sat down with us to discern what we wanted and went over options. He also had a computer draw up so we could visualize. He was in constant communication after he started building the cabinets and told us options in regard to materials and hardware. The cabinet maker worked well in regard to the schedule with our contractor doing the other renovations.The finished product is beautiful! We are totally satisfied with our cabinets and would highly recommend this professional cabinet making company.”

“We hired MTC Contracting to redo our master bedroom bathroom. We took it right down to the studs and started over. The reconstruction was done in a very professional manner. All the people involved in this project were very polite, even as we made changes on the go, and worked with us suggesting changes we could make to enhance the final product. We were not in a real rush to get the bathroom done so they could schedule us around other projects they were working on at the same time. We had previously purchased a the vanity we wanted so once most of the work was completed and it came time to install the vanity everything fit perfectly in place. Some modifications had to be made when installing the shower as we had a custom bench installed and with the shower head we had purchased it had to be anchored to the ceiling, but this proved not to be a problem as adjustments were made on the fly to get everything anchored and working properly. We also had some special shower wall tiles they integrated into the normal shower wall tiles. All in all we are very satisfied with the end product and the professional manner in which all the work was done, right down to the painting.”
