“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“I have hired & worked with Mike & BMO for many years on personal & work related projects. They are exceptional in their work, craftsmanship & they are honest about what is needed for your project. They do not try to upsell you! While I was the Director of HR & Operations at the VA he was also selected out of hundreds of applicants to build offices & assist with facilities. This is not an easy sell! Mike is very personable & family oriented. If you want a great contractor, you should go to Mike as you will not be disappointed.”

“My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and I wanted to have their master bathroom renovated as an anniversary present. Genesis Pro Builders sat down with me and listened to all of the ideas I had for their room and managed to work almost all of it into the designs. When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures. I really appreciate the work this company did and how special they made my parents’ anniversary.”

“Calecco Construction recently completed a full remodel of my rental unit and I'm extremely happy with the results. They were able to work with my schedule being out of town most of the time and completed the project on time. Excellent communication and updates throughout the process and Murad and the team were a pleasure to work with. They really exceeded expecations in every way. What's more impressive is that I found them via a random Yelp search. They were one of the few contractors that offered a 'schedule estimate' via Yelp and were extremely efficient and timely from the start. They also have a very nice social media presence so I knew they stood behind their work. Definitely a nice touch in the digital age especially since I was away most of the time and was able to follow progress online. Murad is a pleasure to work with and everyone I met on the team were also very professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable contractor.”
