“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“Schneider Construction did a great job as general contractor and on construction services on our full main floor remodel. Brad and Mike were open to our ideas in design and introduced us to some other contractors for various needs like tile removal, floor installation, painting, glass tile work and doors. Our kitchen is contemporary but has a warm feel of home! Opening walls and stairways gave new life to a 30 year old home. It's now a wonderful gathering space for all our family and friends. Schneider's knowledge and experience was invaluable throughout the project. Houzz served as our inspiration points in several areas and Brad was able to interpret those to be a good fit and match for our us. They are a good Company and will do a good job in any construction or remodel. Our project began in May and finished in July. Now we can really enjoy the house and we love entertaining.”

“Midtown recently replaced my countertops with granite and installed a backsplash, new sink/faucet, new ceiling lighting and under the cabinet lighting. They were excellent at explaining what and how their company would do the project. They did not expect anymore than 10% of the entire project cost until it was finished and I was completely satisfied. Their scheduling was timely and I didn't encounter any "surprises!" Their craftsmanship was excellent. I loved the little touches the backsplash installer made. The suggestions upfront as to where and what kind of lighting I needed to have so that I wouldn't have dimly lit areas was perfect. The template for my countertop/bar area was carefully planned out and as requested there was only ONE seam! Talk about fantastic! It looks so pretty! They did not charge any extra for having a fancier edge put on the countertops. This project took 3 days and each day the workmen thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I found them to be very professional and personable people. I am very proud of my new kitchen and everyone who sees it loves it. They are a trustworthy company and the VP that I dealt with most is a Christian and it shows. I appreciate the fact that he did not say anything about his faith or church affiliation, but I could tell he exuded something very special and initiated the conversation about religion.”

“We used this company for a bathroom remodel . the job was completed in a timely manner and the result is a beautiful master bath! We removed a tub and converted the area to a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors. We are happy to show off our beautiful bath to anyone who visits! We had a small problem with the glass shower doors not staying closed. We called Nick and he was here adjusting the doors within 48 hrs. We are very happy customers and will call on him in the future!”

“Jeremy built our second home for us. My family and I moved out of town while it was being built and Jeremy stayed in constant communication, going above and beyond, to ensure we were completely satisfied to move in. When I saw the home for the first time, it was more beautiful in person than any photos could ever convey. Jeremy's craftsmanship and eye for detail are like no other. He is not only building a home, he is creating a piece of art and it shows in his fine work!”

“Aarow Building is the best contractor I've ever used. They are doing a remodel of two bathrooms, replacing back stairs with an upstairs half bath, remodeling and combining two bedrooms into a one-room master suite that includes a walk-in closet, remodeling and combining a kitchen, dining room and living room into a great room area, replacing the front door, adding a mantel and installing a "garage-door-opener-driven" dumbwaiter. The crew all work directly for Aarow and most of them are college-educated. They are flexible and professional and they have been especially sensitive to the needs of my elderly mother who has dementia. They treat her with respect and took great pains to make her bathroom more accessible. Jake Bruton, Aarow's owner (who succeeded his father after 30 years in the business) comes every morning and we go over what got done the day before and consult about what will happen that day. He has a great attitude and we truly make decisions together. He meets me at stores when I am struggling with choices. Jake has guided the entire project, from design to completion (which happens next week). He has an art degree, which gives him a more nuanced understanding of design. Jake takes pride in the quality of the work and has redone many small things just to make sure we're completely satisfied (releveled a sink and tp holder, switched out a vanity, moved outlets, switched out a mirror, etc.). My only small complaint is that the project has taken longer than projected and is ending a bit close to Christmas. It's not all their fault because of unanticipated termite damage and mold. In the middle of the project, Jake had to terminate someone who was chronically late and I supported him in that, even though we lost some time. He is currently making an all-out push to make up lost time and get done, even pulling in his father to help. I would highly recommend this contractor. The overall experience has been very positive.”

“My project was a remodeled master bath. Gildehaus Construction (GC) was very professional and worked within the ideas I presented. The quality of the work was exceptional and the staff was very interactive with me to incorporate my ideas. My house was built in 1965 and therefore we ran into some unexpected issues with the plumbing. This caused over charges and at the time an estimated cost would of been helpful. So when the final bill was presented it was more than expected. However, upon review and negotiations it was settled to my satisfaction. The project took longer than expected but not due to GC's action or inaction. I would recommend Gildehaus Construction to others and more importantly would hire again. The final product is everything I wanted and exactly as I invisioned.”
