“I used Tanner Construction for a bedroom addition to our home. I was very pleased to get a quote from the owner of the company himself and not just another worker. Chris was professional and helped us realize our dream and more. With his guidance i was able to budget in an amazing back patio/kitchen. I revived almost daily updates from our manager, Nick, and site visits from the supervsiors throughout the project as well. This was a challenging addition due to its heights and nuanced attachments to the existing house but any obstacle was met with a safe and quick solution. We are very pleased with the results and are already planning a primary bath and kitchen reno next year.”

“We used Golden Hammer for a total kitchen and bath remodel as well as some exterior siding repair, a new window, and replacing a sliding glass door with a window. We initially contacted a total of six different contractors in the Gainesville area and chose Golden Hammer because of their detailed, itemized estimate that made us feel they had a good understanding of what we wanted done. Shawn and Drew always returned our calls and emails promptly and were polite, professional, and respectful. We are happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and Golden Hammer helped make our new house feel like our home.”

“I fell in love with Kaelyn’s work In a model home. When I called, she was very accommodating and willing to work with my schedule within my budget. I was amazed at her ability to help identify my style, offer great ideas, shop a certain look, and show me Ideas in my space. I remodeled my master bathroom and redecorated the master bedroom, living room, and family room. She has a natural “eye” for design and space. You will not be disappointed. I plan more projects with her in the near future.”

“We began looking for a new home last year and fell in love with the 1665 model by IHB homes. I used Zillow to look at listings in our area, and when I saw the pictures for this model, I knew it was the one. The open floor plan and kitchen with granite, tons of storage and counter space is what sold it for us. The home was located in a very desirable neighborhood, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was within our price range. My husband wanted to check the home out in person, so he spent an afternoon driving around that neighborhood looking at the different models that were available. He found a beautiful lot with a home under construction, it was the 1665 model! The workers invited him in to look around and he was surprised at how spacious the home was. The builder was on sight and offered to show him a finished model. He was very impressed with the detail and craftsmanship in the home. We contacted Rebecca Johnson, one of the realtors for the builder to schedule a meeting so I could see the home too. The finished model was everything I dreamed it would be, but we had our heart set on the beautiful sunset view that the other lot offered. Once Rebecca showed us the counters, flooring, and color schemes proposed for that home, we knew that we had just found our dream home. Working with Rebecca and their preferred lender really made home buying with IHB Homes a breeze. They included us in the process as much as they could, and even encouraged us to meet with the landscaper to discuss what types of plants/trees we preferred. Those small details really meant a lot to us. During this process, we learned that the builder and the realtors all live in the communities that they work in. This showed us that they take pride in the homes that they sell, and that the homes are built with integrity and with the upmost quality in mind. “I installed a barn for our tractor storage and Quicken Manufacturing was spot on and treated me really good. The install team that they sent out had some issues but we worked away at it. John and his team were really professional and made everything right with no arguments and did a good job. At some point during the project Lucas took over and was my contact guy. He was very responsive and was quick to sort out the issues we had with the install team when I brought it to his attention. I would definitely recommend them. I had recommended them to a friend who had built a building from them and he loves it.”
