From the plan's design through to the completion of the build, Dave and his team were professional, responsive, enthusiastic and trust-worthy. We really felt like we were true partners. Foremost uses Buildertrend, which is a project management tool, and we found this system to be quite valuable; daily progress reports and pictures were uploaded, messages were exchanged, and invoices were easily delivered and paid using this system. “We have employed CDN for 2 renovations on our VT ski condo. The first was after we purchased and involved a large scale reno. The second was smaller but required Carm to take over a job that was initially started by another contractor (CDN was not available initially). This contractor was a nightmare. For both jobs, Carm was the ultimate professional. He helped in planning and design, asking the right questions and providing great insight. His work was meticulous and detailed, with great communication throughout each project. He even helped me move the furniture! He was on time and was respectful of our needs and wishes. He finished both jobs clean and ready for use. Our satisfaction was off the charts!”

“I highly recommend this Company. From the initial contact to the completion they were A#1 . From an unused attic room to a guest suite and not a hitch in between. They showed up on time every day and took an uneven damaged area which was sloped and un-square and turned it into a room with professional care and experience. When they finished,they cleaned up completely. A pleasant experience from start to finish. I definitely will hire this company again for my next project.”

“Drew designed a magnificent kitchen for us last summer. He was very flexible with our requests, changing paths during the remodeling to change the outlook of the kitchen. The project completely renovated a 50 yr old kitchen into a modern area that we are very happy with. Drew impressed us with his demands on sub contractors; when the newly installed floor was not stained to his expectation, he demanded the contractor return, strip the stain off the floor, and redo the work. He also dealt with a painting contractor's poor work by replacing the company with a new contractor who did excellent work. We are very pleased with the outcome of the remodel; previously Drew built a new deck for an entrance to our house that was excellently done!”

“We have contracted with Earthshare Construction to design and restore a 19th century Vermont farmhouse. We chose Earthshare Construction because of owner Ethan Cole's commitment to the environment, knowledge of period home construction, responsiveness to our questions, and an overall balance of authority and openness to our design requests. We originally planned on tackling the project ourselves believing our remodeling projects over the past 30 years would suffice. We decided to call a few contractors in just to see if we were on the right track. I was sold on Ethan as the contractor for us when he quickly assessed our view and stated "We need to find a way to bring the outdoors in!" Throughout the design stage Ethan has been true to that vision and has recognized the beauty of incorporating and retrofitting original aspects of the house. Our design plans do just that in an environmentally responsible way. We begin construction in the next few weeks and look forward to working with Ethan over the next year.”
