“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! “Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“John from Loridon was our last bid. From the moment he looked at our plans we knew he was the one for the job. We had total confidence! It was just like the Line- save the best for last! It was a total transformation . We made a contemporary home totally traditional. All his workers were great. We felt like it was white glove service. We also were tarped for 10 days with monsoon rains. But John handled it all perfectly. Him and his team are all extremely talented. Not only did they build us a beautiful home but their detail with azek is beautiful! We are just about to rip out our existing sidewalls on the inside staircase and add a railing and moldings and because it Loridon we have total confidence. We would have total confidence to recommend them for any size job - because it will be aggravation free! Also- John has Diana who is the go to person for all your needs. She is amazing and a real take charge person! We couldn't have been happier with the workmanship and all the workers! My husband was expecting this construction to be a nitemare and it was just the opposite! It was a grea experience Again ... we couldn't be happier! Again- we owe it all to John from Loridon planning and design!”

“Steve and the team at Sterling Construction are awesome. We did a huge renovation that most homeowners would be hesitant to do without an architect. Steve has all the design and installation knowledge anyone could hope for. From demolition to finish carpentry, his teams are great. The work was neat, timely and above all done to the highest standards. Having Steve on the job everyday gave us the confidence and assurance that our project would be completed as contracted. We were able to make some design changes during the job that only enhanced the beauty of our whole house renovation. You'd be hard pressed to find another GC that would do that.”

“A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”
