Josh not only worries about execution, but also thinks about design, logistics, cosmetic and aesthetics. This is important to me. I don't always have the know how, but have the idea of what I want and Josh always seems to find a way to fit the design of what I am thinking. “Best in the area. Dependable, reliable, creative, budget conscious all around best contractor for large or small jobs in Central Maine. Completely renovated a 1920 Cottage. The original architecture was maintained while all rooms were renovated. New furnace, oil tank, insulation, windows, kitchen cabinets, front porch, restoration of original hardwood flooring were included in project. Started in January and completed in March. Before and after pictures available.”

“Hi Paul!! It’s Sandy Sites!!! Hi!!! I hired Paul to restore my old house in Auburn, Maine. OMG, he was AWEy!!! He showed up on time, he did professional, quality +++++ work, and he even went to court for me to testify about the previous contractor’s shoddy work that made my roof leak!!! He was easy to work with, provided emergency service the time I needed it, annd was very easy to work with in my home. He was respectful of my property, making sure he cleaned up the end of every day. He carried off all debris. He was great!! Aand I would give him and outstanding recommendation. Thanks, Paul!!”
