“Ash and his team deliver nothing short of perfection with extreme attention to detail. Ash and his team installed a complicated ceiling beam wrap across the width of our house including two columns, replaced all of our baseboards with precision miter cuts, and installed some custom shelving under our stairs to increase our pantry space. They showed up on time, met schedule comments, stayed on-budget and delivered quality along ever step of the process. The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. “First let me say I grew up in a family of union carpenters, and can without a doubt Caleb with JCS Construction is a master of his trade. He doesn't cut corners and if your lucky enough to have him build for you all of the other tradesmen will thank you. I have seen a lot of junk built over the years a Caleb just won't do it he takes pride in his work and is super good at it. He framed and dried in a 3400 sq foot house for me in 7 weeks that I needed done by winter and did so the right way. True craftsmanship by a true Craftsman. I get compliments on Calebs work all of the time use him you won't regret it.”

“We hired R3 Homes to perform a complete to-the-studs remodel of the kitchen in our vacation rental home. They also replaced all the flooring on the whole level and lighting in adjacent areas. Overall, we were extremely please with the work and value that R3 provided. In addition to their own team of professionals, R3 brought in a number of tradespeople specific to our project that were all top notch: from interior design to cabinetry to stone countertops and lighting, the entire project was well conceived, organized and executed. On top of this, the project was mostly completed remotely, and we were able to trust that the work was done on time and to spec without our having to engage. I would not hesitate to recommend R3 to anyone looking to remodel or repair any part of their property.”

“I can't say enough good stuff about Sierra James. My wife and I hired them to do an extensive remodel to our 1979 mid-century modern home. Their attention to detail, timeliness and consistent communication led to the single best construction experience we've ever had. Jesse and Jason were all over the project. Their sense of design is spot on. They worked within the existing point-of-view of the design to ensure a seamless execution. “"I would highly recommend Michael Arnett to be your contractor. We had a great experience with him in our major remodel of our home and we love it!! Prior to using Michael we had a smaller house in SW Portland we had done some remodeling to and was not as easy as an experience as we did with Michael.. Michael was spot on in his budget and as we went along with any upgrades etc. he was so consistent in letting us know if we chose added cost. I honestly will recommend him to anyone.”
