“I had gotten multiple bids from multiple contractors. Bruce and his company, Quality Building & Renovations, was absolutely wonderful from the moment I called him, requesting a bid. He was prompt and professional and gave me an upfront price as well as estimated amount of time it was going to take to complete. Of all the bids I received, Bruce was the only one who was willing to take on the scope of my project and turn it into a completed dream. Not only was he able to work within my budget, he did a fantastic job scheduling to complete the job. Quality of work is amazing and my wife and I couldn't be happier. “Complete remodel of lower level. Was a concrete basement with a walk-out. Now a beautiful full service, recreational level of our home. Added a full service bar with granite counter tops and full appliances. Full bath, bedroom, exercise room and fantastic theatre room. Excellent craftsmanship with crown molding and custom effects. Also added, large deck and storage room under the deck in back yard. Deck is maintenance tree and beautifully designed to wrap around house with lighting on handrails. Storage room looks as if was part of original build. Perfect match. We are extremely pleased with the work by Liston Construction!”

“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. “We used this company for a bathroom remodel . the job was completed in a timely manner and the result is a beautiful master bath! We removed a tub and converted the area to a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors. We are happy to show off our beautiful bath to anyone who visits! We had a small problem with the glass shower doors not staying closed. We called Nick and he was here adjusting the doors within 48 hrs. We are very happy customers and will call on him in the future!”
