I met with 10 different builders to get quotes and just get the feel for the person and after meeting with David my wife told me he would be the person building our home. He gives you exactly what you ask for and he works well with people that micro mange like myself. If I was building a 10million dollar home he would be the person I hire to do the project.”

“My husband and I hired Anderson Homes to renovate our kitchen in 2009 and again when we redid our master bath in 2012. Both times our projects were completed on time and more importantly on budget. Anderson Homes is known locally for their attention to design and details, and it was apparent throughout the process. The superintendent kept our jobs running smoothly and on time while the craftsman, true artisans, worked their magic to transform our outdated rooms into updated workable spaces. We will definitely use them again when we add on to our home.”

“I hired Lee's Cabinets & Remodeling for a modest fee. He remodeled my upstairs Jack & Jill bath by tiling the floor, removing the old quality marble around the tub and putting up ceramic tile. Also removing the old vanity and putting in 2 pedestal sinks with new mirrors and lighting. Next he removed the wall paper in the Foyer and sprayed a texture then painted it. Then took up the old tile and put down new tile in the Foyer. Next he removed the 2 bedroom closets, repaired walls and ceiling. Made new closets in the empty dormers space by creating flooring, building a short wall, insulating walls & ceilings, sheet rocking , finishing and installing a new door for the closets with shelving & etc. Lastly he put new tile in the Master Bath. Labor & Material was just over $7,600.00 I was very pleased. He was most professional with his work and clean up. My home was updated hence I was able to sale my home and make tidy profit.
