“Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

The workers were professional and meticulous with the details leading to a final result beyond our expectations! “I highly recommend Justin! He flipped our entire house in 3 months…while we still lived in it! He installed new flooring, doors and trim throughout. He added a full bath to the lower level of our home and also built a wall to create a second master suite on that same level. He updated another bathroom as well for us with a new shower/surround, toilet and vanity. He designed and installed a beautiful kitchen for us which includes an awesome 10 foot island and gorgeous cabinets! He took down walls to open up our main living space too. Demo, construction, electrical, plumbing and design. He does it all. The chaos we lived in while the renovation was happening was stressful, but it the end… it was well worth it! He made our house the home we love. Thank you!!”

“J&N did a great job on our Ohio investment property, including: updating the bathroom, replacing flooring, fire-proofing the garage, replacing stair treads, and replacing a cracked window. Justin communicated well with us and our property management company. The work was skillfully completed in a timely manner. COVID-related supply delays slowed down the work but Justin kept us updated, checked in with the supplier often, and did the work as soon as materials were able. We are very pleased with J&N's work and hope to use them again for other area investment properties!”

“We recently had a house fire and Rob Boram Construction came highly recommended. We did hire Rob for the job and he is excellent! He is readily available and willing to work with you at every step of the way. He has been doing this for years and years and is the most organized person out there. He has meetings periodically with the home owners, with an agenda and a plan for the next meeting. He has a schedule as to when the dry wall is being done, flooring is going in, painting is being started, etc. Also, if you just need to ask a question, no matter if it is a weekend or in the evening, he is there. His workers are fantastic as well. He has done everything top notch! Very pleased with them.”
