“I am a REALTOR, and am associated with a number of contractors, including cabinet, granite, and quartz installers. I was introduced to Max Watkins of Southwest Countertops to assist the owner of a high-end home in acquiring bathroom cabinets and countertops. I then referred him to an owner/investor of a fairly low-end flip for kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. Then, I referred him to a person who wanted to remodel something special for her elderly mother. Max went way beyond his scope of work in assisting all of these parties in choosing the right combination cabinets, countertops, and fixtures. He offered his expertise in reviewing tile choices for both projects, too. He designs the entire package! As I said, I work with a lot of contractors, but I have never seen such a strong work ethic as Max Watkins. He has such incredible insight as to what will look right, what is the best investment, and what will work for all my clients' personalities and goals. These were completely different projects, and yet, ALL of my clients were thrilled with his recommendations! He is honest, and he listens to what a client wants. I truly cannot recommend Max and his company enough!”

“Strong Builders completely remodeled my 3bedrooms home in The historic East-Side of Santa Fe and exceeded our expectations! Amazing Work, Attention to Details, Integrity. I can not recommend them enough! Hector is reliable, knowledgeable, very easy to work with, he truly loves his job and pleasing his customers. “Ric Rutherford is the owner of his company. We hired him, along with two other firms, to give us an estimate for a kitchen and master bath remodel. Ric was professional, friendly and easy to work with.We had a great idea about what we wanted to do, but Ric had some more ideas and really helped us to realize our vision for the space. We decided to table the complete work until next year, and hired his firm to do a couple of small jobs on the bathrooms, really to see his work ethic. The jobs were done to a high standard with respect for the space. There was a small accident in which a nightstand was damaged by a falling piece of lumber, and Ric took the nightstand and had it completely repaired in a timely manner. We plan to hire Ric and his company next spring to do the kitchen and master bath, and will enthusiastically recommend his company to anyone needing a remodel.”

“Steve and Alan at Sharp Industries were the most professional contractors I have ever worked with and I was so glad to have them managing my Kitchen/Dining Room/Den remodel. The job required them to work on this project while we were still living in the house and they did a great job of managing it such that it was a comfortable for us as possible, without causing any kinds of delays. They are very knowledgeable and were able to even give us some ideas and make suggestions that made the remodel turn out even better than we had planned. They were easy to work with and always willing to discuss any questions I had. Their cost of the job was under the other bids that I received, with better materials and a great crew to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a contractor for anything from a simple remodel to an entire custom home.”

“Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”

“Albert G. and his crew were professional, timely, and organized. They did a great job tearing down our old balcony and building a new one in its place. The project was complicated and dangerous, but the work they did was exceptional and the new patio and balcony are beautiful! Even the permit inspector commented on the excellent construction skills of our contractor! Albert also remodeled my mother's bathroom and did a wonderful job. We have referred Albert to family and friends, and we would hire him again without hesitation. I trust him to do an outstanding job at whatever project he undertakes.”
